The pizza was nothing like i loved about Pizza Hut. The oily crispy crust and string cheesy cheese. If it wasn't for the green peppers, onions ànd burnt mushrooms, it's just dough and sauce

Placed an order online for a Pan Style pizza, went to pick it up and I had to wait at the window for over 20 minutes, when I finally got helped she had me pay then came back with my food and said the crust we ordered isn’t available and it was higher in price so I asked for a refund. The manager was just yelling at the employee to keep the line moving and wasn’t worried about customer satisfaction or the customer in general. I got home and the food was beyond cold.
It’s sad when you have to wait an hour for your food. Most ridiculous thing I’ve ever experienced from a pizza place. Pizza Hit has to do better. Customers shouldn’t have to wait several hours to receive food.

Went to pick up my pizza. Not only did I sit out in the car so long to get to the pick up window, workers from there were out back leaning against the building smoking weed as I could smell it all way inside my car.. got the pizza cone realized everything was horribly greasy. Even the bottom of the dough... later on it made me sick. .. sick for days I may add... I guess pizza time for now on it is
We had delivery -- 1/2 Meat lovers, 1/2 Super-Supreme w/ pineapple -- at my door in about 25 minutes, delivery guy was very courteous & nice, (whom I ALWAYS tip delivery person), pizza was hot, pizza was ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS -- I did call Pizza Hut & thanked them & told the lady how good it was, & she was very courteous & appreciative of my call -- she, also, told me of this site where I could leave my comments if I wanted to... I moved here and my first day I ordered Pizza Hut. I got a call about 25 min later from the driver that he was taking my food back because he was honking outside and I didn’t come get the food. I didn’t know that was how it was delivered. Today I place an order for pickup and when I got home it was the wrong pizzas they gave me. I called and they said I could bring them back and get new ones. I have to drive 6 miles to get pizzas you messed up and I had to wait the first time 50 min for? They said they cannot refund me. So Pizza Hut has lost a customer for life.

Ordered a pizza, waited the given length of time given by server. Waited another hour at restaurant before my pizza was bought out. Pizza looked flat and dried out. Cost too much to not be satisfied. Did not purchase.
