Subway

I had a bad experience today. I asked for a fresh bread. She informed me that the bread was fresh but when I got home, the bread was hard. Subway need to make sure they provide good customer service and give the customer what they asked for I’ve had to throw my whole sandwich in the trash because the bread was hard.

My sandwich had bugs in it. Ordered a 12 inch wheat sub with turkey pepper jack and light mayo.

We ate in the car on the way to Jacksonville. Once I saw the bugs I stopped eating but the thought of consumed bugs was unpleasent.

Also no toilet paper in the restroom.

The Subway in South Carolina offered a decent experience. The food was fine and prepared correctly, though the wait time was a little longer than expected. I had a really good experience at this Subway. The ingredients were fresh, the bread was soft, and the staff took time to prepare the sandwich just the way I requested. The place was clean and service was quick. Definitely recommend visiting if you want a healthy and tasty meal!

I had a great experience at this Subway! The restaurant was clean, the staff was friendly, and my sandwich was made exactly how I wanted. All the ingredients were fresh, and the bread was perfectly baked. The service was quick even during a busy time, and I appreciated how attentive the team was. It’s always nice when the employees take the time to make sure your order is right. Definitely one of the better Subway locations I’ve visited — I’ll be coming back for sure!

I stopped by the Subway in Bennettsville and had such a great experience! The place was clean, fresh, and welcoming. The staff was super friendly and made my sandwich exactly how I wanted — everything was fresh and tasty. It’s nice to see great customer service with a smile! Definitely one of the best Subways I’ve visited in South Carolina. Highly recommend if you’re passing through Bennettsville! 🥪😊

Placed my online order wrong no way to cancel or change an order online I went to the location they wouldn’t cancel or change my order and said they could not refund me for the order I placed wrong and even if I didn’t take my food I would still be charged I was fine with waiting a few days for the charge to refund my account and placing a whole new order but the workers declined any changes or refund they called the owner he also declined now I’m stuck with food I do not want and am going elsewhere for dinner horrible service

Food tasted fine. There was almost no meat on the club sub. Service was great and restaurant was clean.
