I've been going to this taco bell for years, atleast once a week.My wife wasn't happy with her chicken flatbread tonight so she wanted me to care it back and get another one.I carried it to the teller that did my order and showed it to her and she said hold on and went into the back,couple minutes later a guy approaches me and I show him the skimpy chicken flatbread that my wife wasn't happy with.He looked at it and grinned and said that's all we're supposed to put on there.Did not offer a refund or to make me another one.The only thing I'm regretting is that I didn't take a picture of it before I threw it in the trash.My wife said we're not going back and I hope so,Most of the time this taco bell does pretty good,but tonight was bad customer service. Seems like this one is turning into a taco hell instead of a taco bell.

One of the best ihave been to. Been driving to beach for 25 years and never knew it existed. New billboards are great advertising. Very nice lady working and food was very good. Outside space is fantstic! Will be back.

At approximately 10:35 10.10.2024, I pulled up to the drive through to order something. I seen they had a new box and I asked the lady what was in the box thatās new. Her response was āitās a taco box it had tacos in itā. Of course I knew there was tacos in the box, I wanted to know what was new in the box. So I said āwhatās new the sauceā , she completely ignored me and then I asked again and she ignored again and said āorder when youāre ready sirā so I said mam Iām gonna go somewhere else because you have an attitude. Before I could even finish that sentence she said āhave a nice day sirā. I loved that Taco Bell and have never seen this level of attitude at a restaurant in a long time, donāt think I ever even seen it. I will never eat there again just based off that experience. Food is good yeah, but being disrespectful to a customer is insane. Will never eat there again. I would love to get in touch with management about this.

Fast and friendly service. Very clean dinning area and restrooms.
You go in and order at a kiosk. They have take human interaction almost totally out of the equation. It's difficult to pay cash for your order and credit card only is implied but not required. Open up a register and get a cashier up front like it used to be.

Food was barely warm, even though we had to wait for it. And we had to order from a damned kiosk Even when the girl wasn't doing anything and we told her we don't like kiosk. She completely ignored that and turned around.

Service is okay, people are kind. Dining area is always in need of cleaning, as the tables and floors are greasy.
Drink station always needs cleaning as well. If you go in the evenings the staff are always hanging out on the outdoor smoking until a customer comes up.
Just doesn't look good, and isn't a professional atmosphere for a restaurant.
Not saying they aren't good people or hard workers, as this is more a reflection on leadership and their policies.
I never see this at any other taco bell that I frequent in the region, and I eat at half a dozen between Florence and Fayetteville.
