Wait was long. They were refilling the ice cream machine. The blizzard was half melted by the time I got it and the machine that mixes the blizzard in the cup was so nasty with previous ice cream. ???.

Very rude employees. The couple in front of me asked if they had a sugar free ice cream option and the employee responded with a blunt no. Then turned to the other employee and said I don’t know why people keep asking us that. Why would we have sugar free ice cream!?!

Was driving home from Hartsville and stopped in at 9:30 to get ice cream and they were already closed & in the back washing dishes. Which is odd since they're open until 10pm it says online. Super bummed.
The young girl that work here are kind of childish and ghetto I'm trying to understand how can you have childish behavior employees working for you DQ?Let me add some more stuff to it so the young girl is kidding around, joking around with her co-worker meanwhile I'm waiting for my Order . Fxxx you DQ

How can you go wrong with ice cream on a summer road trip? DQ's Blizzards are fantastic in any size! I had the Toll House Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough, and the Mrs had the "Turtle" Signature special. Both were outstanding :)

I went in there and stood there for 10 minutes and no one ever showed up. I thought about stealing something just so someone would pop out. But I had no more time to waste.

I stood at the counter for a while before anyone came out from the back to take my order. One employee was taking out the garbage and walked from the back right by me and did not acknowledge me.

Absolutely horrendous. Had to wait 20 minutes for our order to be taken. Then, he heard our order, made something else entirely, and when we brought up it wasn’t what we ordered, he just said they didn’t have chocolate ice cream. What we ordered didn’t even HAVE chocolate ice cream in it. Just ended up throwing it all away.
