We stopped and grabbed lunch today, will never be back absolutely horrible have the chicken sandwich had hard pard that you have to take off the sandwich my chicken salad sandwich was half assed. The toasted bread was soggy and not even fully cut nor toasted my fries were cold and soggy. I never knew one place could mess up a meal so badly. Beware I wouldnt drop a penny in their parking lot it sucked so bad
This restaurant is located attached to the "To Go" gas station off of 341 and hades a retro feel of an old school diner, one of very few left.
The food was wonderful and very affordable. One of my favorite comfort foods, the Fried Okra was on the menu and was expertly prepared today. They also use homemade breading for the fried chicken and offer fresh cut fries.
The atmosphere certainly needs improvement however I do not place that blame solely on this restaurant because it is located attached to a gas station. My one point on this is that I would like to see some more updated table covering and a little bit of color brought in. Over all though I definitely recommend this place if you're passing by.

The food is incredible diner fare. No complaints. It’s counter service, which is fine, but not very friendly. Connected to a gas station, but that kind of adds to the charm.
Kid-friendliness: Kids portions were fine for our two kiddos.

We visited about 9am for breakfast. Was very pleased. The salmon patties were super. Like my mom made many years ago. I had to mix the salmon into the grits. My wife's waffle was really good also.

I got a whole dinner from here and let me tell you this food was spot on! Turkey wings, dressing, Mac n cheese, rice n gravy, and collards. Drink included. It ended up 35$ for two plates, the dressing was an extra so I don’t know how that happened if plates were only 14$ but the food was excellent!!! This will be my now go to spot when I want a good home cooked southern style dinner! The laddies are awesome also.

Ms. Toney was sooo nice from the moment I called in to place a pick up order. Ordered the big block breakfast & it reminded me of my grandmas cooking!Fast service & the diner was really clean & welcoming. Whenever I’m in the area I’ll definitely be back to try more of the menu.
