Very disappointing experience. Visited this KFC, and they had no biscuits—instead, they threw in a small sesame slider roll without saying a word. When I asked about the biscuits, they said it would be a 15-minute wait. After 25 minutes, I walked to the door—it was locked. Went to the drive-thru window and was told it would be “1 minute 31 seconds.” Waited another 15 minutes, and they ended up giving me someone else’s order. It is completely unprofessional and frustrating. It's definitely not the kind of service I expect from KFC.

The employees were very attentive to getting orders out fast and correctly. It was pouring rain, so most people were using the drive thru. Only 2 staff members at the time and the manager was working really quickly to keep up the orders. The dining room was spotless, and the restroom was clean. The food was hot and very good. Good job ladies, and thank you!

I simply love KFC chicken and their mash potato bowls and macaroni bowls. Chinas KFC had more variety but USA KFC still beats any chicken company I’ve eaten at except old school PopEyes

I’ve lived in the area pretty much my whole life and I’m 33 now. I’ve never complained about the service or food and not because they didn’t deserve a bad review here and there but nothing ever had me mad or upset enough to and nothing ever really great to make me post positive considering I have over 15000 google review followers but tonight I came threw the drive threw and for the first time they told me all we have is a few chicken tenders nuggets and one breast normally I order a two or 3 peice thigh and leg so I got the nuggets instead even tho I would never ordered these had they had enough to make a meal and the sides are hey had mashed potatoes but no gravey Cole slaw green beans and Cole slaw no fries or anything else. After I ordered the nuggets I asked as a customer who is still purchasing a meal that is not by my own choice can I get the breast for free they didn’t say anything pay for my order leave to only find no sauce for the nuggets and no breast so I go back threw the drive threw let them no about not having any sauce and how long or a customer I had been at this location and I was pretty upset they wouldn’t just let me have the one chicken breast that I’m willing to bet got thrown away because they were fixing to close and I told them I was gonna post a review and if I’m lying shoot me now they and I quote said “might as well” two days before Christmas and your employees would rather me spend 15 min of my time posting a bad review that’ll be on them for life and effect there overall rating as well as a super huge fan base that will now see kfc in bishopvill doesn’t give a damn about there customers wouldn’t piss on you for free if you was on fire merry Christmas to the kfc crew hope yall get nothing for free not even a damn old cooked hours ago chicken breast you’d rather throw away then give to someone who would have atleast ate it.
