Paid before being told they were out of fries, offered wedges instead.. no problem. Asked for a replacement for the sour tea we were served and lady at the window got a nasty attitude over it. Get home only to find the wedges are stale, cold and inedible. Chicken littles have no pickles, drowning in mayo and tenders are hard and rubbery as if they’ve been sitting for hours. This was our first and last visit to this location. Food is garbage and so is the customer service

Chicken extremely salty! So apparently they ran out of the flour KFC uses, went out bought flour from the store. Tried to recreate the recipe and failed horribly. Chicken look old and salty. Paid $11 only received $6 for a refund from support.

Great place to eat, I don’t expect the people from up north to appreciate it since the help is all southern and they are not rude and do not curse at them while serving. The chicken is fantastic and the sides are really good as well as the desert that is on the serving line. Best value for your dollar.

Came at 9:30pm to the drive thru. The cashier had the worse attitude you could ever ask for. Really an establishment I will stop coming to. They didn't close until 11 per google. But they had nothing compared to our request. If you don't won't to work stay home !!!!!!!!!!

First, why are they hiring people that do not know how to cook? I ordered a 8 piece meal with 2 sides and biscuits. The chicken was fried in old oil. I'm a seasoned cook and I know the taste of food cooked in old oil. Second, the biscuits were hard on the outside and raw on the inside. I immediately threw up and got sick after consuming this garbage they have advertised as food. Mother's please teach your daughters and sons how to cook before telling them to apply for a job at a restaurant preparing food. Store management has failed them and you as mother's have failed them too. Also, loose the attitude too. FYI ...go to another KFC location. You were warned!
