Chicken extremely salty! So apparently they ran out of the flour KFC uses, went out bought flour from the store. Tried to recreate the recipe and failed horribly. Chicken look old and salty. Paid $11 only received $6 for a refund from support.

Customer service was horrible. Employee just stared at us when it was time to take our order. No hello, good bye or thank you. Order was wrong. No sweat tea and most of carbonated drinks were out.

Order wedges at 10:59a.m. and was asked to park because it was going to take 5 mins. 15 minutes later I went back in the drive-thur and was told that they never dropped the wedges.
I'll kindly take a refund. SMH.

Probably the best KFC. I have come across anywhere, food tastes like the original Kentucky Fried Chicken, very clean bathrooms and dining area, the staff takes their job very seriously

If you go here after 6pm to get a family meal they are usually out of chicken or only have dark meat. I have visited several times and experienced this.

Came at 9:30pm to the drive thru. The cashier had the worse attitude you could ever ask for. Really an establishment I will stop coming to. They didn't close until 11 per google. But they had nothing compared to our request. If you don't won't to work stay home !!!!!!!!!!

First, why are they hiring people that do not know how to cook? I ordered a 8 piece meal with 2 sides and biscuits. The chicken was fried in old oil. I'm a seasoned cook and I know the taste of food cooked in old oil. Second, the biscuits were hard on the outside and raw on the inside. I immediately threw up and got sick after consuming this garbage they have advertised as food. Mother's please teach your daughters and sons how to cook before telling them to apply for a job at a restaurant preparing food. Store management has failed them and you as mother's have failed them too. Also, loose the attitude too. FYI ...go to another KFC location. You were warned!

We cashed in on the $7 Combos, and the Tuesday special 8 piece chicken bucket. The cashier never broke a smile or any sense of pleasant customer service. There was no one in the dining area, but someone had been working in the ceiling, as evidenced by a tall ladder under an opening, and some fiberglass insulation was laying in one of the booths.

This is really unusual for me to give a fast food truck stop a very high rating. Because so far i have been to a lot of truck stops that the food was not fresh and service is terrible, but as a truck driver our time is so valuable that we dont have time to sit, so we order and go. And that is what happen to me. I didnt check my food, they gave me tenders instead of the regular chicken. But i am not going to give that a negative review because that is my fault for not checking my meal. Food was serve fresh i came there around 1PM and what really stood out for me is there biscuit, KFC is not known for a buttery soft lightly crunchy outside biscuit. That was THE BEST!! Biscuit i had for a long time. Good job guys!!

Very disappointing experience.
Visited this KFC, and they had no biscuits—instead, they threw in a small sesame slider roll without saying a word. When I asked about the biscuits, they said it would be a 15-minute wait. After 25 minutes, I walked to the door—it was locked. Went to the drive-thru window and was told it would be “1 minute 31 seconds.” Waited another 15 minutes, and they ended up giving me someone else’s order. It is completely unprofessional and frustrating. It's definitely not the kind of service I expect from KFC.

The employees were very attentive to getting orders out fast and correctly. It was pouring rain, so most people were using the drive thru. Only 2 staff members at the time and the manager was working really quickly to keep up the orders. The dining room was spotless, and the restroom was clean. The food was hot and very good. Good job ladies, and thank you!
