McDonald’s corporate needs to make a visit and help make some corrections. Wife and I made a quick stop for a hot fudge sundae, vanilla cone and a 20 piece chicken nuggets. 23 mins after we ordered we finally got everything to get back on the road. Everyone was nice but just didn’t seem to get how things work at McDonald’s. Was so frustrating it became comical.

We saw people grab the wrong order and take it to their table open it up to see it wasn’t theirs. They brought it back up and the employees just repackaged it up front and gave it to the right customer. 😳 My wife about lost her mind. The poor people didn’t even know it happened.😬

We went through the drive thru. Asked for two orders of fries the girl didn't put two orders of fries on the order. A mistake she made. She said we needed to go back around in line for HER MISTAKE. I said I don't mind paying for it but I shouldn't have to go back around. The girls at the drive thru window are rude and don't know anything about customer service.

This place Is a joke. I was going there through the drove through every day, and almost every day the iced coffee that I ordered was wrong, not to mention they don't take the time to stir it . Last time I was there I ordered 3 is iced coffees with 4 cream only and 4 sugars. I was told to pull up and wait to the side. I waited 14 minutes. Then when the employee finally brought them out, they was dark, and all the cream was on the bottom. Isn't stirring coffee part of making it?

My stars are based the experience I had this morning, being rushed to order then when I tried to tell the drive thru cashier I know they worry about drive thru time, she processed to back up not open the window and call the manager and the manager had an attitude also as if the employee is right for treating a customer like that.. I come to McDonald's every day FOR REAL EVERY DAY, but my little business won't be the same due to her rudeness and on top of that I tipped her $10 so maybe she wouldn't treat the next person the way she treated me.

Stopped in for lunch and was told that the computers were down, no debit or credit. Cash only. Didn't have cash so left and went elsewhere

The morning shift is very polite, the remodel design is much better compared to other locations. Bathrooms were clean. Plenty of condiments in the proper places. This location is also well staffed. Zero complaints.

I went here for the hope of quickly grabbing lunch. Received my food after a minute or two and exactly 12 minutes later I received my frappe. On my next break I'll reheat my food and eat.
