I really wish there was more cashiers like Ms.Neicy at this Pizza Hut. She was so helpful& so pleasant♡.. With a smile on her face the whole time at window & as she brought the food out to us .. I give her ☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆.Food was good as well.. keep up good work y'all♡♡♡.Parking: Plenty of spaces.

Always go to drive thru window to pick up and the employees has always been nice and food always hot and ready or finishing up..It's usually all good from the employees being very nice and out goin to making sure the orders are right wanting the customers to happy and to enjoy the pies ???Parking: Plenty of parking just watch out for the pot hole when first pulling into parking lotWheelchair accessibility: Yes they have wheelchair ramp

It's unfortunate enough that I live in Bishopville outskirts, so the closest pizza to me is this one, still 20 min out. So I occasionally order here. But most times are bad. For the second time now they failed to give the whole order to my brother when he picked up. But this time called me to let me know, by that time he was getting off the hwy so it had been atleast 15 min since he left pizza hut. So by the time he got back to get three wings that were missed and came home our food was cold. 3 different style pizzas and 2 were made the same. Got beef and peppers twice instead of the pepperoni and sausage I ordered. Its correct on receipt though. Wings taste spoiled, and pizza tastes old and sour. Something had got to give. The place needs to be looked at and need to get it together. 58 bucks for cold old tasting food.

First thing I called to ask for a dinner box and said I wanted the medium pizza in the dinner box like it says on the app and this woman was confused and said hold on and I heard her tell another employee call me a woman for one and then said she didn't have any patience and I didn't know what I wanted and handed the phone to the other lady. I talked to the other lady and finally got what I wanted and she told me it would take 15 to 20 mins. I went to the store to pick it up and they were rude when I went in there, I payed for my pizza and take it home. When I got home and open the box I had a buffalo chicken pizza and their was no buffalo sauce on it and the bread sticks wasn't cut into bread sticks and the cinnamon sticks wasn't cut either. If I could put zero stars I definitely would.
