I'm a truck driver that drives nights and I love waffle house because its usually the only 24/7 restaurant but this one sucks. They do take out ONLY. What is this covid still for you, or are you just profiting off that guaranteed 20% a night for take outs. After all the stress of the road to be able to come inside have some coffee and something to eat its nice to have. Worst waffle house i been too. I had to walk over from the pilot just to stand in the hot and humid weather just to eat outside like an animal. Nah I favorite this place so I know to never eat here again.

Trued to enjoy a peaceful breakfast with a coworker. Waitress was nice. Service good. Asked the waitress to top off my coworker’s coffee because she said it was cold. She poured the dregs of one coffe pot into another half full pot, poured in a mug and put it on the table, stating it gets cold if you leave it sit. No. It wasn’t hot from the get-go. No matter. About half way through the meal we were assaulted by music so loud we had to practically shout to hear one another. We finished our meal quickly. I went to the cashier to pay and told her “ I really enjoyed having to shout across the table because this music is too loud. Went back to the table to gather my things and wait for my coworker. The cashier, two waitresses and the cook were gathered about three feet away from us talking about what I said and giving me the stink eye. One waitress stated loudly, well corporate controls the music. (It wasn’t the music. It was the obnoxiously loud volume.) Maybe she didn’t realize that I could hear her over the music. I told them I’m happy to hear that, I’ll be calling them. Unfortunately they are impossible to reach. The attitude and response of the staff was rude, unprofessional and well ghetto. I’m old enough to be their grandmother. Have eaten there before and had a lovely time with excellent service. Both times the food was perfect. However I will not be going back. And I’m positive they don’t care.
