Took 35 minutes to get 2 salads! No special order!

We got carry out wings and chicken strips...delicious.

Great food, fast service. Restaurant was cken and employees friendly.

This was one of the best fast food restaurants I have been in. My daughter wanted to stop here for lunch while traveling. This place was very clean and the employees were all very friendly. We had our food in no time and were back on the road. The manager here is doing a great job.

Service was horrible, if I could give negative stars I would. Worker “thomasina” instantly had the WORST attitude and yelled at the other workers for no reason. Purposefully rung us up for the wrong food. Would not recommend at all.

They had an attitude and the food had water on it. We ordered in the drive thru and they got it all wrong. They charged us for extra food we did not get, I went inside to get a refund and they went to my car and asked the rest of my family about it. My family didn’t go inside because they don’t want to talk to people, so I went inside to speak for them. My family was mad at me because they had went to the car instead of me just dealing with it. It was disrespectful. Then I marked on the receipt what I did want and they balled it up in front of meand told me to just re order. They had an ugly attitude and zero respect. It was also really dirty in the restaurant. Some of the employees had their hair down which is gross.

Realistically quick drive thru, very friendly staff with good quality chicken. If you're tired of McDonald's or Wendy's, Zaxby's isn't a bad alternative. Not many deals on the app but if you want some hot chicken, it's way better than the nearby KFC in almost every way.

Ordered a couple of different meals as well as a 20pc tender meal. Got my party pack fifteen minutes after my regular meals.
