The order took 25 minutes had to park after order at the drive thru and waited 20 minutes.
Finally had to go.in and get the order. Food was fresh.

I had a great experience at Zaxby’s. I came through the drive thru and I think her name was Genyia, not 100% sure if that’s how you spell it but it sounded like that. She took my order on the headpiece and then came to the window to take my payment. She was very sweet and helpful. You can tell she works hard and actually cares about customers.

It was busy at this location and it took a few extra minutes to get our order (dine in only) and this was a Sunday after church. The inside was clean and the restrooms were as well. Staff very friendly

Horribly understaffed. I received courteous and friendly service but I waited for almost 30 mins for my order on a Sunday and I'm not exaggerating. This is unacceptable. The line of people waiting backed up through the dining room.

I stopped in during a long road trip for dinner. Ordered some chicken tacos. They were served hot but missing an ingredient. As i sat at the table inspecting the tacos because they didn't look right, one of the zaxbys team who was walking around the dining area noticed and asked me if everything was ok. He confirmed that my tacos weren't right, apologized and made them right for me. Also gave me a cookie! Tacos were really good with generous portions.

Always a good choice. Hate that they have stopped with the quesadilla. Wife loved them.

Just left after 45 min of waiting on an order of two meals. That wait time seems a bit much. I wouldn't be going back. Understandable if something ia going on like maybe a school bus of kids stopping in, but not the case. Seems like a normal Sunday afternoon in there, just poor management it seems.
