For a first-time visit, I'd say I'm never going back. The fries were salty... and the fact that I love seasoned fries (which they were). I was informed that a combo doesn't include a drink after I waited to receive my food. The cashier also knew it was my first visit because I stated so upon asking several questions about the menu. My chicken was dried out and hard. The workers seemed to be stressed and with attitude, possibly short staffed...as the inside line &drive thru line were long. Because I was traveling and passing through, I was unable to return to take my food back. Pretty horrible experience, if I must say so.

Manger was so rude! She read order back ! I said I did not ask for a item! She got mad and said she was not serving me! I used to love coming there 2 times a week ! But the location got worse! This was the last straw! I mow go all way killian rd! Where they are nice! Someone needs to look at service there!

The fish was not crispy. Hush puppy's to much onions and not cur throughout. Wanted a loaded baked potato got just the potato. Young man at window was very nice

Only wanted a lemonade to go. Took the kid 15 minutes and 2 reminders to get my drink. Tasted like it came from a generic jug of big k 'lemon flavored beverage' or a powdered mix. Save your $4.

Automated order thing that messed the whole order up! We had to go over everything all over. Food took forever! When we asked for spoons and BBQ it was a huge issue and took even longer would have thought we asked her to invent spoons!

Anytime I get down south I stop in Bojangles. This was my first time trying the sausage and gravy with biscuits, didn’t fail me at all! Was awesome for a fast food joint.
The limited time lemonade wasn’t very good, I’d give that a 2.5 star out of 5.
One great thing about the location I went to was it was attached to a gas station and mini mart inside. They had Cajun boiled peanuts and dang were those great road trip snack.
