When they do it right, it’s great. Literally our house has a pizza night and pasta night every week so I order often. But recently Ive learned that you have to order earlier than you really need it and still check it behind them before leaving. Cause last time they left off the pepperoni on a pizza, offered to bring it to them to see and the $11 credit he said he put on app never went back on the app or the card.

My elderly aunt is a huge fan of Domino's pizza, so I make it a habit to visit this particular location at least once every week to pick up pizza for her. I've consistently encountered very friendly cashiers and cooks who go out of their way to accommodate my request for the pizza to be cut into more than eight slices. The service has always been enjoyable and pleasant.Vegetarian options: I order a vegetarian pizza.

I ordered $60.00 worth of food. It was supposed to be delivered to my house. When I called to find out where our food was, the man on the phone explained that food was there at the store and the delivery man couldn't find our house. We have ordered from the same store many times. That is an awful excuse! He was the manger. He was rude! Never order from this store again!!

We ordered 4 pizzas on last Sunday for superbowl we ordered a thin crust and a hand toss and two others the thin crust was very salty pizza was not hot it seems like they made it before the scheduled pick up I know it was Super Bowl Sunday and they probably was busy but pizza was not good at all none of

If you are looking for takeout/delivery pizza then Domino's is it. Not an Italian restaurant. But for delivery/take home we have been very pleased. There is another pizza franchise in Blythewood we used to use but it went downhill.

Listen to the warnings. Made me wait over an hour just to tell me they were out of what I ordered. Then, they offered a $20 coupon instead of just refunding me. Avoid at all costs!
Rude service. Cold and soggy food. Missing items when they brought out the food. Forgot to season the wings according to order. This place needs to be shut down.

Waited in the parking lot for 45 minutes then pull back up tothe window and my order has NOT even been placed in the oven yet!! Said they lost or gave my order to someone else, even after i prepaid! Now Waited another 20 minutes. Mitchell knows me and knows how many times I frequent this location. But never never again. On top of it all the worst possible day this could happen is when my wife and newborn didn't have the house keys. They lost my family's business all together now. I tried to ask for a refund so I could just leave and they didn't entertain that idea at all nor did they make any effort to soothe the aggravation. Yall fu&ken suck!! I'll go to scooties!!!

Ordered a pizza online, when we got there they said they didn't have the order, then finally said oh yeah we do. 30 minutes later finally got our order. Talked to the manager and told him about the bad reviews we have seen and he said " I haven't seen any bad reviews, what do you want new to do about it". That's the last time we go there!!! Bad service, bad manners on managers part.

My wife ordered 4 pizzas and asked me to pick them up on the way home. They gave me 3 pizzas and I assumed that is what she ordered. When I got home she called them to say they charged us for 4 pizzas and only gave us 3. The manager convinced her that he would apply a $10 discount on our next order. So we ordered again and when I asked about getting our $10 off the Manager Mitchell said he could not give it to us since we had a coupon already on the order.This makes no sense. When you order 4 things and only get 3 of them any company would simply give you a refund. Why do we need to pay full price on a pizza that is normally always discounted just to get our money back? Mitchell did not seem to want to help and blamed the computer would not allow him to give us the refund. If a manager does not have the authority to over ride the system and give someone a $10 refund than something is wrong with this company.
