For many years i have trusted Dunkin to provide that little boost of caffeine for my family each morning. Each morning i spend roughly $8-$13. If i added up the total cost of my coffee i acquire through dunkin. I’m basically giving you a $200 a month membership to provide me my coffee. There is no reason i should receive the terrible customer service i did from the 235 Blythewood Rd Columbia, Sc location. Aaliyah (I believe that’s how you spell her name) messed up my order. Yesterday, i ordered my girlfriend an iced coffee and was given a hot one. No big deal or at least so i thought until, i told the girl that handed me my coffee that they messed up my order and Aaliyah verbally spoke out and expressed her frustration with remaking my beverage and afterwards REFUSED to remake my beverage. The other girl who was at the window tried to calm her down by saying “I’m sure they’re just in a rush”. Then proceeded to make my beverage because Aaliyah refused. I was not in a rush. I know what I ordered. We drink the same beverages every time. To have an employee outright state that they WILL NOT remake a beverage because they got it wrong and then blame me for their mistake is insane to me. Scooters is closer to my house. I will happily spend more money on my coffee to acquire it from scooters if it means i receive better customer service. It’s been a long run Dunkin but i feel our time together has come to an end.

Went inside to order, waited in line for 5 - 10 minutes as line slowly moved forward. Second in line, the person walks off to help with drive thru and online orders as line inside backs up. Another 10 minutes before another person finallycomes to explain the other long lines why no one is taking our order. They say the register is not closed but if no one is taking orders what's the point.

Waited in line in drive thru for over 20 minutes to place my order then it was at a least another 15 to 20 minutes to get to the window and there was only 2 cars in front of me. This location is very slow... 😞😕

I frequent this dunkin a few times a month and I have to applaud 1 employee in particular who stands out. Her name is Claire and she is a rockstar. Claire worked all by herself on the morning of September 22, 2025 and she rocked it! Great Job to you Claire!!!

If you plan on going through the drive thru, don’t. No matter the amount of cars waiting, you’ll be stuck for minimum of 20 minutes. Horrific customer service.

Pulled up to the drive through window and was told they would be right with me. 10 minutes later I still have not been helped and there is now a line of 8 cars behind me. I asked if it was easier for me to go inside and was told in a snappy remark to be patient. In all I waited 15 minutes and never was helped and ended up leaving. Every other Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve been to I’ve never had this issue. Will never be returning.

I was greeted by an employee who appeared to be in a bad mood, at least from the facial expression and lack of enthusiasm! I filled up my vehicle and wanted to take donuts home to the family! It was a young lady probably having a bad day. I didn't complain, simply stated nevermind, don't worry about it, and left the store!

Whoever worked the drive thru Saturday 7/13 needs to be FIRED. I pull up to the drive thru and the lady over the speaker was extremely rude and unprofessional. I used please's and thank you's but still got attitude responses. She sounded like she did not want to be there at all. My food took long (I was the only person in the drive thru) and when I came to the window she was hiding her face and didn't speak to me ONCE. I said thank you and she just closed the window. So so rude! And on top of that, my order was incorrect!!

We stopped at this Duncin on the way to Florida on 6/22 at 10am. The young lady working the register was so pleasant - she acknowledged me when I came in, made eye contact, helped me decide my order, was professional & sooooo personable!!! I wish I caught her name - she just had a pleasant demeanor & unfortunately, that is rare nowadays. Give her a raise!

If you want the world’s slowest service then this is the place for you. You can also tell by the drive thru line, if there’s at least 1 car in line it’s going to be a 15 minute wait.
