If you plan on going through the drive thru, don’t. No matter the amount of cars waiting, you’ll be stuck for minimum of 20 minutes. Horrific customer service.

Pulled up to the drive through window and was told they would be right with me. 10 minutes later I still have not been helped and there is now a line of 8 cars behind me. I asked if it was easier for me to go inside and was told in a snappy remark to be patient. In all I waited 15 minutes and never was helped and ended up leaving. Every other Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve been to I’ve never had this issue. Will never be returning.

I was greeted by an employee who appeared to be in a bad mood, at least from the facial expression and lack of enthusiasm! I filled up my vehicle and wanted to take donuts home to the family! It was a young lady probably having a bad day. I didn't complain, simply stated nevermind, don't worry about it, and left the store!

Whoever worked the drive thru Saturday 7/13 needs to be FIRED. I pull up to the drive thru and the lady over the speaker was extremely rude and unprofessional. I used please's and thank you's but still got attitude responses. She sounded like she did not want to be there at all. My food took long (I was the only person in the drive thru) and when I came to the window she was hiding her face and didn't speak to me ONCE. I said thank you and she just closed the window. So so rude! And on top of that, my order was incorrect!!

We stopped at this Duncin on the way to Florida on 6/22 at 10am. The young lady working the register was so pleasant - she acknowledged me when I came in, made eye contact, helped me decide my order, was professional & sooooo personable!!! I wish I caught her name - she just had a pleasant demeanor & unfortunately, that is rare nowadays. Give her a raise!

Pulled in the drive thru asked for a $6 meal decided I didn't want the coffee and paid separately for a different drink and the manager's daughter response of huffing and puffing and sucking her teeth......totally disrespectful! Another employee said there's nothing they can do as she is the manager's daughter.....wow. Piss poor service. I will never go there again!

In-n-out, friendly enough, just not the most welcoming Dunkin' I've ever been to. Coffee was good, service was quick, no complaints when it really comes down to it. Definitely not a five-star situation, but good enough for me.

Had a Really Bad experience when I ordered 4 medium hot French Vanilla Lattes and they gave poorly made cold Lattes. When I complain the Lattes are not hot, they told me the machine is broken and cannot heat anymore than it has. I asked for them to even microwave it for me or find a way, they took the coffee, dumped it and all of them started ignoring me. I don’t like reviewing someone’s business bad but I want management to address certain bad employee behaviors. I spent $20 and lost so much time waiting to be ignored and treated as such. The manager offered no concern as well.

I come here weekly and always wait over 25 minutes before getting out with my items, which is slow and ridiculous, but today I waited 40 + minutes! This is absolutely insane and completely unacceptable! Get more staff at this location! I waited over 20 minutes to place my order and 20 more minutes after placing! I could not leave the line if I wanted to after I already paid! My daughter was late for school and received a detention due to these ridiculous wait times!
Management should know the volume of this location and what is needed to accommodate your customer base! It’s simply unacceptable, and I will not be returning! To everyone else, don’t bother wasting your time here!!!
