We randomly found this place while driving from North Carolina to Florida and decided to stop here to take a break. Never heard of it before because they don't have these in Florida but it was a cute little deli with a mom and pop feel, even though it is a chain. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. That formula 45 sauce that they give you on the side had me eating it straight up with a fork when I ran out of sandwich to dip it in. LOL You just come in seat yourself and they will come out to the table or you can walk up to the counter order and go.

Stopped in for pasta salad and was quite shocked by the taste… nothing like the pasta I’ve had at the Lexington location? Are you guys independently owned? Why was the pasta so vastly different?

Place is okay but low quality for a deli. Got a BLT and a Cornes Beef sandwich. Watched as they made them and everything came out of prepackaged bags. The meat tastes and felt like generic meat from the grocery store. Would go to a Subway first before coming back.

I am very disappointed in Grouchos! I placed an online order with them and asked my mother-in-law to pick it up since she was already out. She stated that when she walked in at 8:15pm (they close at 8:30) one of the employees threw her hands up and threw her head back; angry that my mother-in-law walked in at that time. That was very rude and child like! Almost like throwing a temper tantrum. I understand that she might have been upset that my mother-in-law was walking in late but she was ONLY picking up. Well to make matters worse when she gets home with the food, my wife's salad has cheese on it which I strictly asked for no cheese due to her being lactose intolerant. I'm not sure what's going on over there but Im done. This is the 2nd time they've gotten my order wrong and put cheese on my wife's salad when I said not to.
