Service was slow.. got pulled up waiting on smoke sausage biscuit.. inside sausage was cold. Asked for butter to be brought out with food had to get back in line to be told they don’t have any butter. 🤦🏾♀️need to do better.

The store had not been cleaned.... for how long not sure. I walked in the floors were extra greasy. My food was fried once. Then fried again for service. No good. Wouldn't recommend.

Here to reiterate the last review written on 6/16. Service is non existent. How does this restaurant continue to open? Do they sell any food when the customer service is zero? We are standing in front of the menu waiting to be served but nothing so after 20 minutes of watching staff pace back and forth in front of us, we left to eat at Bojangles. Just close is down if you can't hire non robotic individuals to man this place. Stupid

Here on 6/16 @ 1:30 & this is the slowest Hardee’s I’ve ever been to . Plus , the customer service is non-existent , employees have very bad, nasty attitudes . Also told customer she was only able to give out 3 ketchup packs because they were down to “one box” which doesn’t make sense to me , who are you to tell a paying customer home much ketchup to use. Lastly , service is VERY SLOW !

Im so disappointed in the food we got today. For $9 we got 4 very small chicken fingers. Just terrible. A small amount of fries. Prices are going up and the amount of food is going down and quality. Never again! What's crazy i haven't had Hardees since the 90s. Decided to try it again today and was so disappointed
