Employees act like they hate their jobs, always have to check my order for missing items and food never seems to be cooked like it should
I would not go to this KFC. I received bad coleslaw. I came back with my receipt. After calling, no one never answered the phone. I had to drive back up there. I received the Rudest Customer Service from the Manager Betty. I felt like I was talking to a Snake. She is the most disrespectful person, I've ever had a conversation with. Just Mean and Rude.

My chicken been tasting like KFC I remember back in the day lately I loving it. I had to fall back at one point because it wasn’t right super greasy and old. NOW it’s delicious I’m back baby! Keep it up

When I arrived at the Blythewood drive through it was 9:05. I have frequented this location for years and this was by far the worst experience I've ever had. I ordered a 12 piece original and asked that I be allowed to substitute thighs foe legs if possible (and said I was willing to pay an upcharge). I was told I cannot substitute thighs for legs but also in the same sentence told that they were out of original breasts and only had crispy. I told the lady we do not eat crispy and asked could she drop chicken for my 12 PC. She told me it would be a 22 minute wait for chicken and I said no problem since it was only 9:07 and they closed at 10. I started to give my side orders and the lady then said it'll take me longer to fill up the cooker with grease and it'll be longer that 22 minutes. I still said "no problem" and asked if I got smaller meals could I get the food with no thighs. She then said your food may not be ready before we close...Mind you it was 9:09. At that point I started recording the conversation because I couldn't believe I was being told I could not get food 50 minutes before closing. She asked me to pull around and then told me that they didn't want to fill up the fryer. I asked how many and what pieces they had left and she told me they could give me wings and legs in my 3 pc orders (I order four 3 pc orders since I was told no substitution in the 12 pc). I got my order and checked it at the window and found a mistakes I asked for mashed potatoes with no gravy on two orders and 1 had gravy. The cashier proceeded to rudely talk about me as if I wasn't there and say she said gravy on one. I told her no ma'am I definitely did not. (My sides order never changes so I'm positive I said it right) the manager brings another mashed potato and I leave. When I arrive home I find the coldest, hard and oldest chicken I've ever had and I was home by 9;30 so there is no reason I could not have received better service and food. My ticket said 9:11 so it's ridiculous that I was told there wasn't enough time to prepare my order properly.

I should have read the reviews before this place is trash. It is 7pm this chicken tasted like it was cooked for lunch it's dry and hard the fries was so old they was cold and greasy. I had to go back because they had my order wrong and gave me the exact sides back that took in.

2nd order that was completely incorrect. Ordered 2 drinks, received 1 and it was the wrong drink. No sauce for the nuggets. Nuggets were about the size of a quarter. Wrong sandwich. Wrong everything. This has happened before so now I am done with this kfc location. Definitely buyer beware

Stay away if you actually want to feed your family by ordering a family meal. I had to cook additional food for my kids because this counts as a piece of chicken. I had 4 of these in a 12 piece bucket..Of course they had to cook my order, and still managed to cook the driest 0 taste KFC I’ve ever had. absolutely disgraceful.How are they still in business?

I placed a mobile order through the app for pick-up in the Drive-Thru. Food was bagged & ready when I pulled up to the window (and still hot!) Associates were very friendly & helpful making sure I departed with an excellent experience. Similar to a high-end restaurant experience, but at a fast food restaurant! Will be using this location exclusively!
