So because I live in the area I usually come here a few times and KFC has some of the best chicken. I don't know why this place is not as packed as it used to be, but I will say that this location definitely is one of the best now. I will say that when the older guy with the cane is there. The food is great and also there is a younger gentleman who comes in in the afternoon. He does a good job as well but not like the older general. Of course he is a close second. However, this time I ordered the hot wings that they have and they were amazing fried to perfection. The time before that I have gotten the chicken just the original and and honestly it's some of the best especially for a chain The only thing that sucks is that if the drink machine is not available for you, just go get your own drink. You do have to ask for them to refill it. So that's kind of a bummer. But overall the staff is friendly and the restaurant is clean. Even the bathrooms and their says a lot

Stopped here (drive thru) on the way out of town and was pretty disappointed. The food was semi cold, the famous bowl had 4 pieces chicken, and my chicken sandwich was drenched with mayo on both sides. The sweet tea was warm and had little to no ice. They forgot my dipping sauces too. The only thing nice about this place was the sweet lady behind the window. Sadly I will not be coming back here.

Food always greasy & cold! Sometimes orders aren't right or they are out of crispy so u r stuck with the greasy original version! How KFC is still around is beyond me!! Maybe it's just Blythewood, everything is below average out here!! There is no where to get decent food!! 😕

So this is the second time in a row when I placed a pickup order and they still didn't start to fix it when I got there. (At least 30 min time from placing order to me being there.)

Went in to try there saucey nuggests . What a disaster. Came in in started to tell the manger that was taking orders. I said yes I would to like to order some korean. Then he said hold on and started yelling to a employee in the dining about something about his clocking out. Thank goodness that employee ride came up and he walk out. So then the manger started hollowing for another employee in drive thru. He told him I read the order she wants and u put on that drawer. So finally he ask what do u need. 2 orders of saucey nuggests only. Korean and garlic suggests. That was another situation. Ended up with 7 dollars of dried and not saucey nuggets. What a shame. And this is not the only time they have issues.
Went there to grab something to eat for me and the wife, and dined in. 1st we ordered and our order was wrong but it was corrected and all good. The food was really good, served fast and hot. The drink station was out of service which is odd, but , ok. After eating went to the bathroom to wash my hands. The bathroom was disgusting. It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. Live around the corner from this KFC but will not come back. Too many well maintained KFC’s to give my money to this one again.

Poorly cleaned and everything pretty dirty. Food was good. Nice girl at register. I dont know who owns this place but cleaning should be a priority. Windows were terrible. Floor sticky. Tables not cleaned.
