Was quite surprised upon entering I was expecting a more franchise style place But it was more down home and the food reflected that also the next time I get down that way I will go back I've nothing but good to say about Lizards Thicket from the service to the food

Visited today for breakfast. Someone please explain to me what good are cold watery grits? Ordered cheese with them and waitress forgot it, but then you can't melt cheese in cold watery grits. Orange juice tasted soured,thank God the coffee was decent. Our last breakfast trip there. We will make the trip to Eggs Up Grille from now on. Because it's no longer worth the trip to Blythewood for Lizards.

Good food and great service. The prices are unmatched. They portions are pretty accurate as well. I have not been to lizards thicket in almost 20 years being that they don't have one in Charleston but I was not disappointed.
