Honestly, writing this review because this is the best McDonald’s experience I’ve had. People were nice, the food came out freshly made / piping hot, and it was very clean. I had no complaints!

This is 3rd time. Order a meal through the drive through and when you open it, to my surprise it’s not what I paid for. Order a double quarter pounder, get the double quarter pounder box with a cheese burger inside it.

Like every other fast food joint in South Carolina, customer service here is very poor. Been here multiple times and always missing something from my order. Last time they left out three burgers. Then when you go in and ask them to make it right they act like you’re the problem. Seems like the reason Chick-fil-a stands out in the South is not because they have an exceptional product, but because they actually train their folks how to do their job, show attention to detail, and provide a great experience for the customer. Ain’t much I miss from California, but the hustle from the food service workers and the customer service is definitely leaps and bounds above anything I’ve experienced here.

Advertised as open till midnight. Lazy staff and management closed down a refused service at 11:48.
Fish sandwich was great. Sweet tea was so hot that there was no ice left in the cup when it was handed to me. Fries were questionable, as well.

I ordered a egg McMuffin with cheese, but I got a egg McMuffin with swine pig on it. Why did they do me like that? I had to take the meat off and fling it out my car window.
