The you lady working on Saturday September 6, 2025 at approximately 2:30pm displays very poor professionalism throwing boxes of dough on the counter! Her attitude was nasty, the customer service is disrespectful and poor. I placed and online order at approximately 2:10pm, arrived at 2:30pm and she did not placed the in the oven until I arrived there another 20 minutes of waiting

Dashers beware!!!
Nasty attitude of employees chases away customers.
They have the worst employees/management that I’ve ever seen.
Heard the manager once tell the cooks to stop making DoorDash orders and focus on phone in orders.
Not worth the trouble or your money.

Computers were down when I went in. My order was paid for online so I was able to ask for my pizza with no problem. Once I got it, I asked for some pepper-chinis (spell check). The lady put her whole hand in the container of peppers to grab me some, even went back in for a few more!! And I mean bald/naked handed, no glove, no tongs, nothing! I thought I was being punked!! By the time she got back to the front, I was leaving and just told her she could keep them. I've never seen anything like that before.

I've been eating from this place for years. Since it opened. Have only had issues a couple of times. Surprisingly the cost of their cheese sticks hasn't changed in over 8 years. I eat here frequently and don't plan on changing it.

Sad example of a papa John's. Pizza was burnt bubbly paper thin and scarcly topped. Manager on duty had no authority to handle a customer complaint..

We rarely order delivery, but we did tonight. We won't do it again from here. We are about 15 miles away. After notifying us that our order was on the way, it took 45 minutes. Pizza was not even warm. The driver was nice. Thus the 1.

My app informed me the order was delivered at 6:32. I contacted PJ because order was not here. I was told to contact local store, which I did but the female manager said she was putting me on hold to contact he driver. She then hung up on me. I called back after a few more minutes and a male answered who said he was the GM and the female was his assistant. He said my pizza left the store at 6:30 with 2 other pizzas and he is not sure which way his driver went. However at this point it is 7:08 and I only live 2-3 minutes from the store. At this point I asked him how long I should wait on the pizza before calling back? He said he would contact his driver and call me right back and hangs up. He never called back. In the meantime our order was delivered around 6:20 and it is cold, I don’t have marinara sauce for the bread sticks and I have the wrong pizza. On top of all that, it isn’t cooked all the way so I put it in the oven to finish cooking it. I try to express my dissatisfaction with papa John’s through the app but they tell me to contact the local store who has basically already ignore me twice. This pizza is too much to get the wrong thing and over an hour late.

Placed an online order for a medium cheese/pepperoni prize and cookie pizza at 8:59 the estimated delivery time 44 mins. i should’ve received order by 9:45 so I checked the tracker the time moved back to 10:10 delivery. It showed my dasher was at the store and waiting on the order. So I waited until 10:15 ish still no pizza however the tracker was showing out for delivery estimate time 6 mins away. 6 mins pass still no pizza so at 10:30 I called the store stop to a guy he stated the driver just left out with my pizza so it will arrive soon. I waiting again to 10:45 and check the tracker again at this point the tracker is showing delivered. I called the store back multiple times they picked up and hung up twice on me. Then around 10:48 someone answered in the store and told me the driver had another stop before mine then he’s on the way. So I asked him when did the driver leave bc it’s been a hour past the delivery time. He told me the driver left at 9:56 pm I told him it’s been nearly an hour since the driver left with my food so it will be cold by the time I receive it. The employee response to me is I can have the driver come back and get you another pizza. Then I quickly reminded him the store close at 11 which was within the next 5 mins.. So he said the driver is finishing a drop off at tiffany gardens neighborhood and I told him okay that’s maybe 5 mins away from my home. I will wait until the driver come with my food. It’s now 11:15 PM I still haven’t received my order. I told the guy I will give them a few more minutes to deliver my food then if i don’t receive it I would call the store back. When I called back the store would not answer the phone. I PAID IN FULL WITH MY CARD AND PAPA JOHNS DID NOT HAVE THE COMMON COURTESY TO BE HONEST ABOUT MY ORDER KNOWING THEY WAS NOT GOING BRING MY FOOD! I need my money refunded and more for the inconvenience.

Let me start by writing that Papa John’s has been the best in this area.. On this day I ordered online as usual and walked in store to see (1) Female employee working by herself doing everything I mean everything no other employee in sight. Papa John’s please send her some help that’s not right. This employee is so dedicated to Papa John’s.

Came in to pick up a DoorDash order, and I have to say, I’ve never seen a manager scream at their own employee like that before. Driver was just trying to do their job, and this guy completely lost it in front of everyone. Super unprofessional and honestly kind of uncomfortable to witness. If this is how they treat their own workers, I’m scared to think what’s going on behind the scenes. Wouldn’t recommend.
