For the love of God would someone tell Emily she doesn't have to work at Subway? If you want a meatball sub around lunch time, make sure you ask how long they have been heating because she will sell you an ice cold sub in a heart beat and wont even bat an eye on her annoyed at the world face.

This location is consistently well maintained and clean. There are a lot of windows so you get some nice sunlight during the day. The staff, for the most part, have been employed there for a while so you don't see huge turnover and the resulting learning curves. The manager is often on duty and is always nice to the customers.
As far as the food, you know what to expect. I think Subway offers a good value for your money with enough variety and customization to make almost anyone happy.

Three of us pulled off I-77 for lunch. On the downside, there are two unisex bathrooms, but we were told only one was available for customer use, and you have to wait for someone to be available to ask for a code, which you enter on a tiny little pad which can't be seen unless you bend way down. This location refuses to honor Subway's sandwich of the day program. Aren't franchisees required to honor this? First Subway I've ever been to that has this attitude towards a Subway tradition. When we paid, the lady at the register was a real sour-puss. On the good side, the young man who fixed the bread and meat part was very friendly and efficient. The young lady who does the toppings was also efficient. The sandwiches were well-prepared and tasted good. The location also had Halloween decorations up, which was a nice touch. This would have been a pleasant stop, but the refusal to honor Subway's sandwich of the day, and the hassle involved in using the bathroom irretrievably spoiled things for us.

BEWARE the owner does NOT allow deals or discounts. Any corporate Subway promotion you may be aware of from coupons, commercials, etc. will not be honored at this location. Rating 1 star because of only this, hoping travelers and locals alike benefit. Happy to re-rate if this changes.
Otherwise the food and service are good and it’s a clean location.

I cannot comment on the sandwiches because the credit card machine wasn't working. The older blonde lady, manager perhaps, was aggrevated with me and was blaming the bank that issued my card. Then she claimed there was a storm earlier and that's why the machine wasn't working. She was gruff and unpleasant.
The price changed different times on 3 same orders. They don't care. I'm a good tipper, but not that day. They may have added a tip themselves. Watch your receipt! I'm disappointed in you Subway.

The reason why I give it 2 stars is because the prices they give you in store & on the machine at the drive thru are totally different. The price the machine gave me was $21.46 but when I got to the window the nice lady said it was $30 dollars and some change. They really need to get someone out to synch it with their machine in the inside. It said it was no cost for the fresh mozzarella on the machine at the drive through but it charged extra on their screen. The service was wonderful and the time wait was very quick! The lady at the drive thru was sweet too.

The young man (African American with dreads) great customer service. However the young lady that fixed my sandwich (toppings) was rude!!!!!!!!!!!!! The manager witnessed (working the window) the entire situation and didn't say a thing. Then to end it all my sandwich was terrible!!!
