Slow service. They need a method like who ever orders should make the sandwich. Instead 1 waits on the other. Bread was pulled out it looked like 1 long pair of small sock dor soccer. The bread was not proffed enough. My remote controls looks larger. I walked out.

I love THIS subway, the bread is always fresh and they give you more meat than others I’ve been to around Columbia and the Blythewood area. I think they cost a little more but I am fine with paying little more for freshness and quality. They never disappoint me. I had some others like on Wilson Rd that the sandwich went in the trash because meat was one layer, very very thin and the bread was old.

Delivered my food to wrong address and not answering their phone!!!!! It was already late. What if I don’t have more money to get food for the night? Why have a phone number if no one will answer?????? They didn’t answer for door dash either!!!

Ordered a sub got the wrong one and they closed so lady trying to “work” it out yet can’t come up with how!!! Will be there to speak to an actual manager in the morning. This looks like DOG FOOD!!!! It’s not meatball night shift needs HELP

I put in an order at 11:00 am. I tried to call to change the pick up time, and bo answer. I'm called multiple times. No answer. I got to pick up my food and none was ready. They never saw the order. Server said when busy she ignores the phone! I watched it ring and she lifted it and hung it up on whatever customer was trying to call. That was dine to me as well. I had to wait for other people to order before she would come over and look at my receipt for a refund! Not good!

Staff seemed perturbed at having to prep food. Slinging around equipment like we kicked her dog.

One unisex bathroom, requires a code. Classy.

And they stopped carrying olives.

For the love of God would someone tell Emily she doesn't have to work at Subway? If you want a meatball sub around lunch time, make sure you ask how long they have been heating because she will sell you an ice cold sub in a heart beat and wont even bat an eye on her annoyed at the world face.
