The food was disgusting. $30 for a foot long with cheese, turkey and chicken, 6 cookies and bag of chips. The cookies tasted old and didn’t taste like a cookie. Tasted like a piece of sugar cookie dough that was old. Really not good food. DO NOT GO INTO THE DRIVE THRU. It’s a joke. It’s a touchscreen and that’s it. No interaction with subway staff.

I don't usually rate fast food chains or chain restaurants in general but this is the best Subway I've ever been to and I decided to make an exception. I drive uber part time and stopped to eat inside on a break which is a feat these days sometimes with fast food. I've honestly encountered fast food places that straight up lock the doors midday if they have drive thru. It's like a lot of them treat you like a freak if you want to eat inside since covid. Anyway. I'm used to dismal service and experiences with fast food in the last few years so I never really expect much. The two who were working were refreshingly friendly. The sandwich was better than average subway and the place was decorated for Christmas. They had a fun movie playing on a TV in the dining area. The vibe was great. I felt like a kid eating a meatball sub Watching a fun movie with Christmas decorations all around. It put me in a really good mood. This is the best subway or fast food experience I've had.

I stepped up to order with my coupon in hand for 2 footlongs for $12.99 that I recently got in the mail.-“Just so you know, we don’t take coupons.”-“I just got this in the mail FROM SUBWAY.”-“Yeah, we don’t take coupons.”-“Okay, bye.”When business owners make shortsighted decisions like this, it can leave a bad taste in the customer’s mouth FOREVER. I can get my overpriced sandwiches elsewhere.

Got a wrap a couple of weeks ago that was so drowned in an onion sauce it was inedible. I had it ready for p/u & the staff was friendly. I just didn't want a soup wrap. Would have returned it if I wasn't already so far away I would have returned it.

This Is The Worst Subway to shop they are Atleast 2 dollars higher than 2 other subways that are near by, The store manager needs to leave customer service and never return, Thats the nicest thing i can say, He is THE WORST PART OF THIS SUBWAY!

We looked up a meal no drinks no chips for two wraps and the website said 8.69 each well we informed management of the discrepancy and his reply was well we are a franchise and we make our own prices 37.00 plus for two bacon chicken wraps ,he'll I could have taken my wife to out back longhorns or San Jose for that price ,never again will myself or anyone else in my family or extended family dine at this particular subway in Blythewood s.c. on McNulty plaza dr. We just went in, 8/4/23 about 4:30 pm. Nobody was in there but is. The first girl rushed us, and seemed agitated we were trying to decide what we wanted. Then the lady that rung us up didn't ask if we wanted drinks etc. so we had to tell her. Which, even though it's her job, she seemed to have an issue with. Never politely greeted us, or thanked us. And then all the employee ran off to the back to talk amongst themselves. I hate doing negative reviews but we were both left feeling mistreated.

I purchased 3 subs through the Subway app for my kids. Three meatball subs. I submit the order and pay for the three subs. I walk into the restaurant and the children working here asked if I had an online order. When I told them I did, they responded with, "we are out of meatballs". Understanding that supply is an issue to those who want to keep using excuses for good customer service, I said no problem. I'll take a refund then since I received no subs. They said I had to handle that on my own through the app and that they had no way to refund me my money. I used the Subway app. You really can't refund me my money? So now I'm just hoping that Subway EMAILS me back so I can get my $31 back. I became frustrated and Googled the number to CALL subway. Their automated message advised they've done away with phone customer service and they're now exclusively online customer service. This is the most ridiculous process to try and get a refund for food I never received. Subway has permanently lost my business. I will never visit another subway ever again. FYI - I still don't have a refund. Guess my next step is to block the charge from my bank account. Unbelievable.

The female worker had a very disrespectful attitude whenever I requested her to add everything except for cucumbers on my sandwich. She was also constantly rubbing her nose as she was making my sandwich. The male workers however were very friendly. She also continued to be disrespectful towards an elderly woman behind me as she was ordering her sandwich.
