Most of Blythewood's fast food restaurants have gone down hill. They are all full of teenagers that have terrible attitudes and don't want to be there. The past few times at this taco bell the girl working the drive thru is always rude. Zero customer service. This past time we just left because it was a 20 minute wait with one car in front of us. Probably because all the other employees are out in the parking lot.

Traveling and stoped here first thing we notice it looks like they are closed not a single car in the parking lot. Idk where the employees cars were I’m sure by the attitude of person at the drive through this tactic is done on purpose. Tried ordering twice but the lady have a very poor attitude we left and went somewhere else. Sorry to say but stopped at 3 places all the same very slow and poor attitudes don’t waste your time on this exit or town.

I've no idea what the server's problem was. Pulled up to drive through and immediately got attitude and she was really rude.
When food arrived it was cold and inside out. More content on outside of burritos stuck to paper than inside. Not to mention no meat in my beefy five layer burrito... Almost all just beans... And that was outside the tortilla.
Scratching my head trying to figure out what I could possibly have said to make server so rude , all I did was literally place my order, but my wife says she's been by before and same server is always rude to her too.
I won't be back.

Quite possibly the worst restaurant i've ever eaten. Service was Attractious . I don't expect much from taco Bell, but this was the worst ever service . Only 2 people working,talking on their phones,and the dining room was dirty. I asked for the manager and they had to bring him out from the parking lot with the 3 other employees. Soda machines empty. If I didn't pay for our meals via credit card I would have just left. I took it to go ... and it horrendous. Don't get me started on the manager...a d I say that loosely

The food was good employees nice. An employee walked out of bathroom and the bathroom had water and toilet paper all over the floor. Counters and tables were not wiped off. The pickup station had an inch of dust on it. It was very slow. They need to deep clean desperately.

The whole place was dirty, including the bathrooms. Food was made wrong and all the young lady's that were working were rude. They were talking so loud we heard everything they were saying. Good luck to Deshawn at his baby mommas shower.

Came I. To pick up a door dash a a worker in plane clothes is in the kitchen no hair net no nothing and making her own food before I was even able to get my order still currently in the store waiting this is ridiculous

Staff refused to help order even though machine gave me grief.
Went inside to place a order Saturday the nineteenth and the young lady on the drive through window very rude informed me that I had to use the self machines in there to place an order. I turned and walked out I see why they only have a 2.7 rating. First time there and last time . Keep pushing those self service want be long and it will be closed

if you order in the dining room expect 3 items to take 30-45 minutes! they will literally only make your order if the drive-thru is clear, no matter how long youve been there. havent eaten in 9 hours and just want my food.

this is the 4th time I have came to this location & every time I ask for the street chalupa or the 3 cheese flatbread melt they say they never have it. For one the street chalupa states it’s new on the menu so how do y'all not have it? The 3 cheese flatbread melt is ALWAYS frozen every time I try to order it. Y'all need to get it together..

If it is possible to put zero stars I would because this was easily the worst experience I have ever had not only at this Taco Bell but at any fast food restaurant ever. Arrived at 9:03 waited in line till 9:23. One car was in front of mine and made her wait for God knows how long. Her order was taken and then I went to order my food. From there I was told to wait just a moment. I promptly waited for a few minutes at least three that I counted. I asked if anyone was still there to take my order which then I was told there would be another 15 minute wait on top of all the time I had already spent here. I expressed how long I had been in line to the worker to which she argued with me saying I had only been there six minutes. Go to another location this place is horrible.

I arrived later in the evening, close to closing time. I almost did not want to judge them because of this fact, knowing that, at closing, normal procedures are abandoned. But, google pressured me...
Besides the fact that it was near closing, they were also very short staffed. These two things are huge to me, having worked in restaurants for over 30 years.
All that said, excuses, reasons or whatever; the staff was as friendly as one can expect while they hurried from one task to the other - nothing that made me think twice of the customer service abilities. When they could get to you, there was a genuine, apologetic smile. The food was still normal taco bell. The dining room definitely needed to be cleaned but, as I said, it was closing time. I only reluctantly lowered their stars because of this because - closing time or not, short staffed or not - letting it get as bad as I witnessed is unacceptable.
I would definitely visit again, if I'm ever passing through; with hopes that a few key hires should fix any semblance of a problem that I encountered. Would recommend.
Just FYI, for those thinking 'dirty dining room, dirty kitchen'; I could see the kitchen, as you can in most taco bells, and, while a bit messy bc of the closing, nothing that made me think my food was in danger of being contaminated or anything.
