I placed an online order during my lunch break. The system told me the order would be ready by 4:49am. When I arrived I was told the cook was using the bathroom and hasn’t made my food. I requested the pre to be cancelled but was told I would need to cancel the order online. So, I went back online but there was no way to cancel the order. Now you guys have my money without providing product. I will return at the end of my shift to speak with a manager.

We got there at 2 am. Ordered food to go. It took 20 minutes for the cook to even come out of the back.I ordered double hash browns with ham and cheese. Didn't get the ham and cheese. When I said something the cook just put a piece of cheese on the grill and threw it on my hash browns.I also ordered a ham and cheese omelette with peppers.... The omelette machine was broken is what I was told.I'll go to Farrow or Clemson Rd for now on.Very rude employees.

I visited your waffle house today and they served me cold grits and cheese. the cheese would not even melt and the bacon was not done. I left on the receipt you don't serve people cold food.

I WAS SERVED RAW FOOD!!? This was my worst experience at Waffle House it was disgusting ? and filthy the workers doesn’t care I’m calling health code on this place frfr I witnessed one worker took a dripping wet pan from the bottom of a cabinet and just placed it on top of a pan of meat for all the contaminated water to leak off in the pan of supposedly fresh meat ??? ughhhh this place is definitely a NEW LOW FOR WAFFLE HOUSE!!! I’ll never return but I do pray ??code enforcement do ?
Wasn't impressed with the food. Waitress gave me a dirty cup with my coffee. Found a hair in my food. When I complained the 2nd time she rolled her eyes at me. Glad I don't stop in Richland county much.

My wife and I arrived and immediately sat down at the counter(and were the only 2 at the counter at that time). The lady washing dishes said someone will be right with you. Another lady came by and said this young man will help you. We ordered 2 patty melts with hashbrowns and 2 coke zeros.We got the cokes.Now..there were 3 cooks and at least 4 taking orders so staff was not an issue and the place was not full.We had a direct view of the grille..We waited about 10 minutes and saw 2 plates on the side with the hashbrowns and 2 pieces of bread with cheese sitting on the plate..another few minutes the chicken and burger were put on the bread(untoasted). And it sat for several more minutes.We ask our waited if that was our food that was just sitting there getting cold. He replied we are waiting on bacon.Now we had noticed numerous plates with bacon being served.We again ask and the waiter picked up the 2 plates and sat them in front of us and said we will bring you the bacon when it is done.The patty melts were not complete nor melted and had no onions. It was cold to the touch. We were astonished. No apology from any of the staff.We said keep it and paid for our coke zeros and left.We love the Waffle House and it is always our go to locally and when traveling (which we were).We will continue to go to the Waffle House but will never again go into the Waffle House in Blythewood.It would have been different if it was understaffed or if someone would have apologized.If I could give the service a zero we would. We had to give the food a 1 star but we never got it and zero stars is not an option.
