Waited in the drive thru line for 25 minutes. When I got to the window, I greeted the server and he ignored me. I told the young lady who gave me my change to have a good night, and she did not acknowledge that I said anything, just closed the window. Once I got my food and got on the road, opened my burger to realize it was RAW on the inside!! This is the WORST Wendy’s I have ever visited! I didn’t take my food back because I was still an hour away from home and didn’t want to waste anymore of my time. Save yourself the trouble and DO NOT STOP HERE! Ridiculous!!

For the 3rd time I was going to have to wait over 10 minutes for my sandwiches. I'm done with this place. I was so upset I drove off after they said they couldn't hear me in drive thru and I asked for a refund, when they said I can't understand you again for the 3rd time, I just drove off. Terrible restaurant. Don't be like me. Save your money and eat elsewhere.

They were legit serving 1 car at a time which is wild for a fast food place then worker at the window tried to tell me they didn’t have something just because they made my order wrong.. girl just say you’re lazy & can’t be bothered to do your job correctly OR at least try to tell me something more believable 🤦🏻♀️

I thought they closed at 2 o’clock, but obviously they must close at 1:45. Wonderful customer service.

Dining room states that it’s open until 10pm. I ordered for pick up online and hit carry out. I arrive to collect the food and the doors are looked at 7pm at night. No sign or anything.. 😠 if you are short staffed, place a sign on the door or something telling people why the door is locked. Then the inside door was propped open. You all have signs up about the lettuce though..
