For just over 17.00 I received a 10 piece nugget, 1 lg chili and 1 taco salad. Chili did not have any beans and very little meat. New taco salad was not impressive. Received no chips of any kind, a new salsa that was ok tasting, no sour cream. The nuggets at least were

The young lady at the counter Sunday, 12/08/24, was soooo kind to my elderly mother. When I thanked her, she said that âit doesnât cost anything to be nice to someone.â I was floored. Mom has spent years training nurses how to deal with elderly dementia patients. And this young lady was kind, patient and etc. Man, I was impressed.

I went there 11/2324. Horrible customer service. The female taking orders had a nasty attitude and terrible listening skills. I had to repeat my order several times because she was having conversations in the background. No sense of urgency when it comes to bringing food out to the parking lot, that I had to wait almost 30 minutes for. Ridiculous.

Literally just from there and i have someone elseâs order. The customer service was not there and the cashier who took my order didnât even know what I had. They didnât even give me my receipt. If I wasnât on a time limit I wouldâve definitely went back and got it fixed, but it shouldâve been right the first time.

Received a regular Dr. Pepper instead of a Diet one, that is a safety violation and should have been taught during training. I'm disgusted.

Wow. We arrived at this Wendyâs on a road trip two minutes before the dining room opened. We only needed to use their bathroom, however, the employee that saw us waiting outside chose to not unlock the door. Assuming she did this to prove a point, but how rude and inconsiderate, especially considering we waited until at least 9:05 outside and they still didnât bother to open the doors. (We saw them walk by and look at us) From the other reviews of this Wendyâs? I am not surprised.

Placed an order for 14 items, and we received only 5. Went on the app to use the help function and was met with the message "we see you have a lot of issues with orders. Would you still like to proceed?" Decided to call them after reading that were they were kind enough to offer me a 15$ credit on a 70$. As generous as Door Dash was, we decided to call the local Wendy's to see if maybe the dasher did not grab all of our bags. The manager told us that this was the case. We asked if we could come grab them ourselves, and she offered to have them made fresh for us since it had already been 30 minutes. At the peak of lunch time, they didn't let that stop them from fixing and issue that they didn't create. 10 out of 10!!
