3/29/2024 - Walked in with a young family. I was the only person waiting in line. I waited almost 7 minutes for someone to take my order but they never did. Walked out. The staff only seemed to be busy talking about McDonalds and time of breaks.

One of the most inept, slow and generally stupid people work at this Wendy’s. Incapable of making decisions without being managed, the bottom layer of American civilization work here. The ones where the families and state neglected to teach. Do better, this is America at its dumbest.
Horrible customer service by the employee Caria at the drive through window. Was very rude when I asked a question about the cup size. I ordered a small caramel coffee brew but the cup size was literally mini. I’ve never received a cup that small and I eat Wendy’s breakfast often. She got an attitude when I asked about the cupping size, showed the medium and large and slammed the window in my face. I will NEVER visit this Wendy’s again if they hire employees like this.

Wendy's is the dance wherever you go. This Wendy's is as good as any. Service was very good. They have a new self service soft drink kiosk which I had trouble understanding. The ice dispenser and the fountain is not clear about what to do. Good luck if you are not familiar with the system because there are no hints or instructions.
