10 cars in the drive through extremely slow

Ordered salad, boneless wings, and loaded fries. Only got loaded fries and boneless wings. Put dressing for the salad but not the salad. Obviously had an attitude when we requested fresh food having to drive all the way home without all our. Customer service was not good and dont recommended this restaurant.

The employees stood there eating on the front line while I waited for close to 15 min for our order. Very frustrating to watch the eating and all the talking.

I would never recommend this location. The manager was extremely rude. I had a coupon for a free milkshake, but the website wasn’t working. The representative told me to exit the screen, which caused the coupon to disappear. She then laughed and said there was nothing she could do. She made no effort to help and told me if I had an issue, I should call back in the morning.

I sat in a drive thru line for 30 minutes just to get to the window to order a large sweet tea mixed with pink lemonade, an order I often get from this same Zaxbys, just for the server, working on 10/18 at around 1:15 PM to tell me that I could not order for the simple reason of “they don’t mix drinks” and that if I want an Arnold Palmer my only option is tea with classic lemonade …
She legitimately refused to make it. After me sitting in a line for 30 minutes.

The Manager tried stealing my cash app card, where we do that at? Seriously gave me my food that wasn't even worth the money anyway.

I went to this Zaxby’s location today around 6pm. The staff at this location were rude and unfriendly. Basic customer service was completely lacking no greeting, no eye contact and their tone was noticeably disrespectful when I asked a simple question about my order. What made things worse was the manager’s attitude which was just as dismissive. I hope Zaxby takes this feedback seriously and make positive changes. I won’t be returning to this location.
Visited this location at 10:12pm and was told “ Welcome to Zaxbys. We’re officially closed. Have a great night”. The location states “Now open later”, and Google also states the closing time as 10:30pm. This is very unnecessary and there was no care or concern in this situation. No reasoning behind why they decided to closed early, just “we’re officially closed”. There was ample timing between arrival and closing to prepare such a simple meal. I sure hope this does not happen again in the future.

This zaxby needs to be reviewed by upper management. I have never consistently met staff so rude like this establishment. You never know what someone is going through so you tend to give people a pass the first couple of times. But night shift continues to get worse each night. From cutting customers off when trying to explain how they want their food to just being plain rude. Tried speaking to manager “Kevin” if that’s his name as workers hung up on me and when I called back “ Kevin” never came to the phone. Don’t bother leaving feedback through their customer service (zaxbylisten)online as I have several times and service is still horrible. (At this point I’m thinking now the owners are allowing this behavior) Question to the actual owners do you not care about your establishment to actually look into the problem? If people stop coming due to your staff will that make you proud? I would think you rather look into the chaos and fix it prior to that happening. You have cameras there is no excuse none as to why your establishment is this way.
This can’t be a real Zaxbys unprofessional on many levels …Everyone has attitudes
