Well, I was really enjoying my food until I got down to the last two wings and found a piece of hair in it. Appetite ruined 😡 seriously fast food needs to start back enforcing wearing hair nets.

Service was very slow, food was ok, but found it incredible rude that we walked in at 7:45pm(they close at 9pm) and all chairs were up on tables. Lots of customers in store too. Talk about not feeling welcome......

Our fries were not that great, but at least the chicken was fresh and hot. Service needs some help... I stood at the counter waiting for some sauce while the young lady at the counter took her time opening a box to just stop to go talk to her girlfriend at the drive-thru window. She didn't even bother to help me or even look in my direction. Probably won't eat here again unless we are just stopping through.

Someone need to show them how to brighten the slack ass attitude everyone has. Nobody cares if you’re having a bad day. Give me my damn food correctly made plz and thanks. So over this place.
Stopped here for dinner on the way home, the drive thru line was around the building somI decided to walk in and both doors were locked and this was at 6pm Sunday afternoon! So I got back in my vehicle and got in the drive thru line, waited about 30mins for my food. The upside was everything was prepared correctly and fresh! As I was leaving I noticed people going in through the same doors that were locked so I'm still puzzled on that one!

People were rude and rolling eyes and acting as if we give a crap about it. Just make the food and that's it. My kid ordered nibbles and didn't realize it had sauce and she was rude about it. Truly they company should have a sauce or no sauce policy. Not everyone wants the sauce put on in advcance. Also I threw away our food bags from this establishment in the big garbage cans and the lady came over the drive through speaker asking me why I was in the trash area. Get some trash cans and this won't happen. OK, easy as that. Other then that the quality of chicken is not there fault just rubberized feel. It was hot and fast. Resturant was clean and smelled good. Not all employees were rude just a few. So over all I give it a 4.

Ordered online, and picked up order in drive through. Found order was missing 3/4 meals. Poor service while asking for rest of food, resulting in a refund with the manager laughing in my face about not knowing what happened to it.
