My friend and I ordered a meal ticket #A3C00 through Uber eats and I had to call the store to order extra ketchup packets. The lady said she would transfer the message and I gave her my name. The order arrived with no ketchup so we had to eat dry fries. Also I ordered a side of BBQ sauce and didn't get it. I also didn't get a straw for my drink nor did I get any napkins to clean hands and mouth. I'm in a motel with no ketchup, napkins, or straws. These are normal things that the customers should get with every order. Get it together people. My first time impressions with this restaurant will cause me to choose another restaurant next time when I'm visiting. Good luck on your journey ?. PS: The manager I spoke to said she would talk to her crew but no signs that she really cares about this incident..

I ordered 3 grilled Cobb salads and traditional wings with fries. The salads were fresh, and I did not mind at all about the reduced portions of salad. I ate every bit with toppings, no leftovers. I prefer that versus having to throw away only extra lettuce. The wings and fries were hot and crispy. Service was fast and friendly! $55 well spent! Definitely recommend.

Terrible service Only 1 family in dining room, so obviously not busy on a Saturday at dinner. The employee taking our order at the counter was beyond rude. At the end I asked if they have high chairs for my toddler and she wouldn't even answer me. I asked 3 times and she finally shook head no. How does an establishment for families not have any high chairs for toddlers and had no changing table in bathroom. And employee beyond rude. Won't be back Don't recommend!

I love the Food I do it's good and everything. But when I went to order the SERVICE was horrible I asked to change my meal to a large and an extra drink. I got none of that this girl was slacking off her name was like Zasty. She got on my nerve my dad was so mad. If I ever go there again and this girl takes my order we'll have a problem.The place was very nice and pleasant.

Customer service was very poor! Poor attitude, poor manners, poor work ethic. We have dined in and gone through drive in. Both times the experience was the same. It created a very uncomfortable atmosphere. We couldn't wait to leave.. thankfully, the food the was good, but dealing with very poor attitudes when simply placing an order makes us consider driving across town to another Zaxbys. Very very disappointed!
