Applebee's Grill + Bar

We walked In to a hot restaurant with no staff present. The lady came out of the back. No friendly greeting grabbed menus, I have a special needs child I ask to be sat to the side. She rolled her eyes walked to a booth sat menus in middle and Stormed off Bar tender filled drink order grabbed order. Service was all over the place, My steak was med well ordered the first bite had a huge lining of gristle I got sick and couldn’t swallow. My kids were done husbands Salmon was so fishy tasting. No service manager. I was physically sick left while he paid the check. He wanted to speak with manager. From the beginning the attitude of staff was unacceptable and made us feel uncomfortable. He boxed it up its rare and a bad cut. We spent a ton of money on Labor Day for this experience.

We have been going to this Applebee’s for the last two years and they have never failed to deliver. The staff is always friendly and it’s obvious that management cares. We really enjoy the atmosphere and the one negative we had was recently taken care of with a brand new bathroom remodel! Don’t listen to the nay-sayers saying the brand isn’t relevant anymore. Applebee’s is still flippin’ good!

I came here bc I was craving their delicious blondies that I've had in the past, remembering how much I enjoyed them, only to be met with the most disappointment I've ever felt in my life. The texture of the blondie itself was supposed to be like that of a brownie, however, this felt like it was a made with half a heart. I could swear up n down they used box cake mix. The pecans and the icing were the only good parts of this dessert. Furthermore, this mediocre blondie was nine dollars. To quote from the 2001 SpongeBob movie, "We paid nine dollars for THIS?!" Jokes aside, next time I'll bake some at home before I even dare to think about Applebee's to-go. (BTW, this is twice now that I've ordered to-go and both times were the most middling, overpriced experiences I've had with them) Either change your recipes, or get well soon Applebee's.

I went to boiling springs Applebee's got the really big burger special. My burger was just ok it was over cooked to long so I could not enjoy my food the one in spartanburg was so much better

Ordered car side to go and 10 minutes after the pick up time, no one had come out or acknowledged our arrival. Went into the store to ask about our order and it was sitting on a shelf, bagged up and untouched. Came home to find the salad we ordered had no dressing. Frustrating all around.

The food was wonderful as always, but Kody (with a K) really made the experience awesome. Even when he got super busy, he was still fast and accurate with what we needed. Great way to end a birthday.

Would someone tell me why I'm dining in, & order a bowl of Tomato Basl soup & this is what I get for $4.99, brought to me by a manager. 11/10/24 @ 6:45 pm. Ridiculous
