This was by far the worst experience. Me and my husband decided to come here at the boiling springs location April 20,2024. Fist off, when we arrived there were plenty of tables available, instead the host decided to move all the dirty dishes from one table to the table across from where she cleaned for us to sit. Mind you those dishes sat there the entire two hours we were here. We started off with a nice sweet waitress. She took our appetizer but before it came out we ordered a second appetizer and a drink from the bar. Second app, arrives and we place our entree order. By this time I look up my drink is sitting at the bar. 12minutes pass, and yes I counted, our meals were on the way out. During this time the bartender and another waitress is leaning over and talking over my drink. Of course I no longer wanted it. Our waitress then goes and brings me the drink, before she sat the drink on the table I politely informed her I no longer wanted the drink. She turns to walk off then turns back around and asks why, I kindly informed her the drink had been sitting there for some time and it was probably watered down by then. I assured her it wasn't her fault and she proceeded to walk towards the kitchen. We are eating and we realized we are out of water, but this time it's been roughly 20mins, the table behind us was complaining that the waitress has disappeared and they just wanted to pay and get out of there. Finally 30mins or so later another waitress comes and brings us our checks. Mind you, I'm thirsty now, the Alfredo pasta I ordered didn't have any sauce and was dry and I haven't had anyone refil my glass over 30 mins now. And I wanted a dessert. The manger never came to apologize. The new waitress just said our old waitress had a person problem. I was just ready to go at this point. This was the worst service and I'm more disappointed in the manger. You couldn't, or should I say you didn't care to even come out and offer an apology or anything in that manner. This was the worst service. The food wasn't all that good. My Alfredo pasta was dry, it's like they didn't put any Alfredo sauce. Very disappointed and will not be returning.

We pay $30 dollars for barely no fries and they we're stale and cold. Like that's all that was left in the pot and the staff didn't feel like cooking fresh fries.. just horrible!!

Food service was slow food was still tasty but atmosphere was bar meets family restaurant vibes where I could hear a bar patrons talking about how he sell crack and methods while discussing how to make fast money so don't take kids after 9:00
Olivia is the best waitress I have ever had at an Applebee’s. The food was excellent. The service was impeccable and the store was pristine. We will come back time and time again and ask for Olivia as our waitress.

My husband and I went to Boiling Springs location on 2/27/24.Food was good ,but our server Kody was the best.He was so friendly and made us feel so welcome.Just wanted to brag on him and the good job he is doing.I believe a good job deserves recognition.Thanks Kody for making our meal experience the best we have had in a long time.

The wait for seating wasn't long.. though it seemed the staff wasn't so enthusiastic about working Friday night. Our waitresses seemed to have a negative attitude and weren't paying attention when gathering our order. Several items arrived wrong, and when addressed, she seemed to actually care less. Food was decent and arrived timely.
