Food was good as usual, but can’t say enough good things about one employee by the name of Ayden. Was courteous, and helpful. Made us feel special. I don’t usually do reviews, but knew I had to commend this young man.

Some time ago we came in at around 3pm and waited in the lobby for 10 minutes for service in a store that was not busy at all....we walked out. Today we decided to try again. same thing happened. No business, staff walking around in the prep area seemingly ignoring us....we walked out again. We will NOT be back.

The rudest drive thru employees and after telling my order 3 times they still got it wrong....after waiting 5 minutes to even place my order with no cars in front of us

Slow as all get out. Had to repeat the order 3 times. It was still wrong......I could understand if they were busy, but it was Sunday at 2pm and there was no cars in the drive through and maybe 3 cars inside? Also the staff just seemed to be zooned out lol. Top it all off, there was a hair in my sandwich that I did not see untill I was halfway through with it.
Got a fly in my wrapper of my sandwich when I moved here. They have worthless uncaring people from the projects who could care less about quality and health. Disgusting and a absolute slap in the face for my first week in boiling springs

This Arby’s is one of the better fast food options in the area. The food is always hot, fresh, and tasty. I’ve never had mistakes with my order. And the kids love it, which is always a win. Highly recommend.
