I keep having poor experiences at this location. Between raw chicken, watery tea/ without ice, carbonated drinks that don’t have any syrup… and now yesterday the worker was talking on her personal phones at the pick up window. I don’t really mind it but the conversation was pretty vulgar/ inappropriate.

At 5pm on a Tuesday evening, with zero holidays. There was 2 cars in drive thru. One pulled away before even placing their order ran inside and got a drink and left. The other car was at the window for almost 15 min. When I pulled to the window I was informed they were just dropping chicken for my 12 piece family meal, and that it would be an additional 25mins. It showed me that they didn’t pay attention to their orders didn’t bother to start dropping anything to prepare for end of day dinner rush customers.
Atleast 5 employees with minimal customers. With service like that I can see why their lot and lines were empty.
I won’t ever go back. 10-15 minutes I could understand. Dropped when order was taken. Telling me you’re just dropping chicken after 15mins of waiting already. Unacceptable. I worked fast food as a teen. I went home and fried my own in 30 mins more than waiting on them.

The service was very horrible. The eggs was saturated in grease. The first eggs that came up on my platter was all burnt. You had a new cashew. That nobody wasn't helping it looked like she was just throwed in there

When in the drive thru they always ask you to pull up and wait. They made me wait 15 mins or longer and 10 other cars came through the drive thru and got their food. They need to get a better system down. They also have an attitude at least the woman that work here. Rude and need major improvement.

Absolutely horrible. We have went here twice now, thinking our first experience was a fluke. Horrible customer service. It takes forever to get your food. Twice we went for breakfast and the sausage was hard. Our second time, the same thing and on top of that there was a hair baked into our biscuit. I lost my appetite and threw everything away. Never again.

Cashier seemed snotty. They were having kitchen issues and their was a line waiting for food. Good thing we were not in a hurry. Did came out straight from oven so that was an upside to their problems. Food was very tasty.
