I went through the drive thru which was wrapped around the building but they have what I assume is an AI program working the speaker box which surprisingly made the line move quite quickly. It was a little weird but the AI answered my questions and took my order correctly.

Here in Boiling Springs SC....Paid $25.04, for a 4 piece Dark, fries and drink and a 4 piece tenders fries and drink and got this....got two drummettes and two thighs. The 4 piece tenders were small and well done. Def a huge disappointment with Bojangles for this one.

Thank you to the wonderful patient staff at Bojangles in Boiling Springs! Yall opened after the hurricane and we are so grateful for being able to have a hot meal during the power outage. The staff managed long lines and cranky folks like true professionals and me and my husband are forever grateful for yall being open for business during this time and helping us stay fed when we can't cook. Everyone working the night shift were very pleasant. Also very helpful and informative. Smiles and fresh food was served to me and my son tonight. I was more than impressed. Keep up the good work. Y'all are definitely shining 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 no comparison can be made with another Bojangles because seriously, this is the best one hands down. Dining area was clean everything was well stocked (even the sweet tea) and we came to dine in around 7-8 pm. ❤️

I order pick up from here every week. Usually walk in everything is great. This time I was missing my drink and a biscuit. Proceed to watch the employee talk with her co workers about somebody being arrested and make my biscuit without gloves! Then still have to ask for my drink which involved more talking. I'm in an Uber I preorder on the app because I'm on a tight schedule not wanting to wait for you talk with your coworkers. I was also 5 minutes late for my scheduled pickup time and it wasn't ready.

I went through the drive through and ordered just a grilled chicken sandwich. Mind you, there's no body inside or in the drive through so it wasn't like they were busy. I get my food and there is s bite taken out of the bun of my sandwich. I call the store abs was hung up 5 times. The 6th time there was no answer. I'm not one to complain, i get people make mistakes but this is very unprofessional. I will never go to this place again.
