When in the drive thru they always ask you to pull up and wait. They made me wait 15 mins or longer and 10 other cars came through the drive thru and got their food. They need to get a better system down. They also have an attitude at least the woman that work here. Rude and need major improvement.

Absolutely horrible. We have went here twice now, thinking our first experience was a fluke. Horrible customer service. It takes forever to get your food. Twice we went for breakfast and the sausage was hard. Our second time, the same thing and on top of that there was a hair baked into our biscuit. I lost my appetite and threw everything away. Never again.

Cashier seemed snotty. They were having kitchen issues and their was a line waiting for food. Good thing we were not in a hurry. Did came out straight from oven so that was an upside to their problems. Food was very tasty.

Accuracy of drive thru orders are a toss up at this location. The automated system gets the order right but the humans in the back seem to lack the skills required to read the orders.
Don't bother with the drive thru. You need to baby sit the employees to ensure your order is correct.
Maybe when we replace the humans in the back with robots this problem will be solved.

I've always enjoyed Bojangles. The last couple of times I've gone to this particular location, I have been served frozen Bo-Rounds (twice) and now they serve me a chicken sandwich with no pickle, a biscuit chicken patty (not the one that comes on the sandwich), and no condiments. They also need a process for checking their chicken because multiple times I've bit into a rubbery mess of tendon.

Friday night fine 7th went to Bojangles drive thru to get my wife and me supper got my order came home and my wife's order was correct and mine was wrong this is not the first time this has happened but it is pretty sorry that these people cannot get two orders correct, and I have been to this place my last time not even for a biscuit and I hope nobody else goes either
