Bruster's Real Ice Cream

I love brusters !!

My son started working at the Eastside location at age 14. This past week he realized he couldn’t get on the app to see if he was working, he called his boss Matt and shift lead Chris to inquire why and heard nothing. Given the history of poor communication with management he text his boss asking if he still had a job and received a generic message saying “thanks for your service but we are letting you go.” He had been there for just shy of 4 years. There was no indication that his job was at risk, he shows up for work early, he is a great kid (painfully quiet) but a good worker all the same. Had he been given any sort of feedback he would have complied however that wasn’t the case. It is unfortunate, in a world where people are so quick to cry “people don’t want to work” this place would rather let loyal workers go out of fear of speaking to them….

The workers have poor customer service. My order was wrong, they did not want to make it right. I was given a smaller portion than the one that was wrong. I wasted money and had to beg for napkins and spoons to eat my ice cream with. My family normally goes to Andy’s but wanted to try Brewster again. We won’t be back.

Nothing like a completely melted pint of cream straight from the drive thru. I didn’t order a beverage.

It was great always have the best ice cream but they really should listen to what you order. They put the wrong ice cream on my cone.

The service was excellent, and my kids loved the ice cream!

I wanted to like this place so bad but I got disappointed when I order an ice cream cake and gave me the wrong one 😭 I couldn’t do anything anyone it was either cake or no cake for my sons bday party

Out on this side of town eating dinner wanted milkshake what's in drive-thru right before 8:30 this place has McDonald's syndrome that the milkshake machine is it not available. Cleaning early. Ended up going to cookout for the price I think that'll be good enough

I had a DoorDash order to pick up at this location. They close at 10pm. I get there at around 10:05pm. The store is still full of employees. I roll up to the window, to explain that I have a DoorDash. The girl there ignores me, but I am respectful. I wait to be acknowledged. I wonder if she doesn’t see me. I park, walk to an order window, and am ignored by several more employees. One makes a “wait” gesture, while making a scoop of ice cream, smirking. I wait and wait. I call, they say they don’t have the flavor so they can’t make the order. I realize they’re making ice cream for themselves, as they laugh at me in the back of the store. NO human decency, to make a game out of how long they can ignore someone. I CANNOT believe the way people treat others. 0/5.

I’ve taken photos for the owner of the licenses of the employees at the time, and can describe the girl that was in charge of telling them to ignore me.

This place has the best ice cream. Truly my favorite. It never disappoints. Our puppers highly approve of their doggie sundaes, too!

Pay a arm and leg 5 dollars for a scoop of ice cream got 2 spoonfuls call a manager didn’t care called a bigger manager she didn’t care spent 48 dollars almost every time I went bananas spilt is all whip cream never go back
