Dawn is an absolute gem to work with! So sweet and very easy to communicate with. She even had a no sugar cake option for diabetics. I would suggest her bakery to anyone looking!

I requested a chocolate 3 tier safari (jungle) baby shower theme cake! Not only was it completed as described but it was done flawlessly!! The cake was very moist and flavorful. & customer service was 10/10. Dawn was very communicative and affective in making sure she makes it exactly as you would like it! Pricing was also very reasonable and affordable especially with the amount of decorations requested. This was a first time purchase and I cannot wait to use her services again for future purchases! Thank you so much! The soon to be mom was very pleased!! Highly recommend! 😀 🎂

We had Dawn make us a cake for our wedding. We were looking specifically for a buttercream frosted cake that looked like stained glass in our colors. I wasn’t sure this would be possible without fondant.

Dawn NAILED it! The flavor of the cake is exceptional (we went with almond). The sugar balance is perfect as is the moisture and texture of the cake.

Dawn with Cakes by Jan Spartanburg made us a SpongeBob themed (if you know the reference you will appreciate this) Cheesecake for my wife’s *25th* birthday. The cheesecake was hands down the best cheesecake any of us have ever had!! Dawn was very friendly, responsive and accommodating. 10/10 would recommend!

She is amazing! She did my 3 tear wedding cake, with carrot cake, chocolate, and vanilla! That was by far the best cake I have ever had! So moist, and not to sweet. Just right. She delivered it and set it up for my perfect day! I asked if she would take pics of the cake from beginning to end so I would have them for a scrap book. And she did! Love this sweet lady!

Amazing job on our Taylor Swift Era’s cake for our college daughter’s birthday!! Cake was red velvet and delicious and the intricate detail to the 10 different album colors/names on the outside was immaculate!! Will definitely be ordering again!! Cakes by Jan did an amazing job on my daughter's wedding cake. The top half was strawberry, bottom half almond and chocolate cupcakes! The cupcakes and strawberry went first and everybody else loved the almond. The cake was moist and delicious!! They are professional, kind and helpful. We will be using them again for our daughter's graduation.
