Very disappointed in this location. Went to the cow event and my 3 year old wanted a picture/hug with the cow. the cow didn't pay her any attention and barely stayed out before returning to the back. then I tried to order food and the cashier said she would be right back. when she returned she skipped me and my kids when we was trying to order and started taking the people behind us order. we left and took our business to another restaurant.

Hwy 9 cfa is by far the most inefficient cfa in Spartanburg county and maybe the upstate. Out of apparent convenience and proximity is the only reason I’ve ventured there more than twice and all 3 trips have been equally disappointing no matter the time of day. I could drive to Duncan cfa and probably get my food faster. No real point in ordering ahead either bc you’ll just wait in the cattle line with everyone else. Hwy 9 cfa sets the standard for inefficient operations. Unless you have 15 min to sit in a drive through, avoid it!

I bought two shakes and when they brought it out to me I saw that there wasn’t any whip cream on both and they should’ve told me earlier when I was ordering the shakes that there wasn’t any whip cream available.

I just witnessed a crazy customer at this location swearing up a storm at the associates in the drive thru because she disagreed with a car getting to go ahead of her. I was so impressed with the way the associates and manager handled this situation. They’re always kind and helpful here, and they deserve more grace and patience than they get.

Went through drive through and ordered 2- 30 count grilled nuggets our order was wrong and didn't realize it until we got home. I went back and the manager came up demanding I pay $8 more after taking the fried nuggets they gave me. We already spent $46 on food and wouldn't just do a refund either and I didn't have my wallet with me at this point. Waited another 10 mins on my fiance to bring me a card to pay it and they took another 10 mins to give me my food after still being in the drive through. Mccayla which is the director of operations was so rude about it. Told me to go home and get my wallet. When a restaurant messes up the least they can do is make it right and fix it!!

Waited on my food for over 15 minutes after paying at the drive thru window when I was told to pull up to the white line and only to receive cold food and melted ice cream it’s a shame to spend so much on food and you call the manager and she states that I could come get more fries but what about everything else I ordered not to mention the ice cream was milk by the time I got home which is only 5 minutes away the manager was very rude and didn’t seem to even care this was very poor customer service and unprofessional in so many ways.
Dietary restrictions: Limited things are available, but they do have them. Like whole wheat bread you can get instead of white bread that is if you had sugar problems. Fruits and salads.
Parking: Not enough room in the parking lot for the business it brings in.
Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, plenty, but it's hard to cross over the drive-through.
