Amelia was professional with great spirit while taking me and my kids order….most importantly she prepared our bowls with gloves after washing her hands, unlike other locations. Great Staff…she’s a keeper!

The food is always good but the service at the boiling springs location is horrible. One young lady walked in & immediately started preparing bowls without washing her hands. When I asked her to do so she looked at me like I was crazy then looked at her coworker. I told her that's unsanitary & it's a dhec violation. She went to the sink to wash her hands but kept an attitude about it. I don't understand why this isn't protocol for them. I won't be returning to this particular location.

I walked in at 8:47pm. The girls were very nice but had no knowledge of the product - we had a no added sugar dietary restriction and they were unsure if the product had added sugar. I asked if it was okay to order since it was getting close to closing time. She said yes it is no worries. Then, it took a while to get my bowls (got at 9:09pm). Another worker walked in from outside and had a scowl on her face. She scolded the other girls for taking orders after 8:55. Keep in mind, we ordered at 8:54 due to the workers not knowing the answers to my questions. When I asked for an extra plastic bowl on the way out the door, she rudely snarked at us saying that the people that served us were in training and weren’t supposed to serve after 8:55pm. She was distasteful and had terrible customer service. To me, if I am in by 9:00 I should be served.

This place is amazing!! It was my families first time going there and April was the sweetest thing ever! She helped my little boy pick out the perfect smoothie and he never liked smoothies but now he loves them!! Thanks April for helping!

Horrible customer service, no hi no bye! Completely messed up my order even though it was on the receipt of what I don’t want and when I brought it back, it was just OH… really hope they get trained better!
Not only did I deal with an annoyed attitude employee don’t like your job quit and find another ! Also to add my food was soggy with no remorse to a refund or anything who would eat this I literally ordered this not even 10 minutes ago and it’s just juice and peanut butter train them better I can around 12:40ish pm on August 17

I came and got a bowl earlier and it was great. Alanah was very nice to me and my children and she made sure our bowls were made to our likings. I was very satisfied with her customer service and the acai is the BEST!! She doesn't mind us asking questions and I love the music that she plays while we are in there. To me personally she makes the BESTTTTT bowls and when I ask for extra she does it perfectly every time.
