Not only did I deal with an annoyed attitude employee don’t like your job quit and find another ! Also to add my food was soggy with no remorse to a refund or anything who would eat this I literally ordered this not even 10 minutes ago and it’s just juice and peanut butter train them better I can around 12:40ish pm on August 17

I came and got a bowl earlier and it was great. Alanah was very nice to me and my children and she made sure our bowls were made to our likings. I was very satisfied with her customer service and the acai is the BEST!! She doesn't mind us asking questions and I love the music that she plays while we are in there. To me personally she makes the BESTTTTT bowls and when I ask for extra she does it perfectly every time.

My bowl was delightful, my server Alanah was very helpful on helping me decide. She has great manners and she's very respectful, everytime I go in there she greets me and others with a big smile and she's also the only one there most of the time so I'm always surprised on how fast she gets my smoothies and bowls done.

I'd give this place zero stars if I could. As a frequent Cocobowlz customer, I'm deeply disappointed by the service at this location. The staff here are consistently rude and never bother with basic etiquette like a simple hello. Their lack of competence is astounding; they seem clueless about how to do their job properly. I strongly recommend steering clear of this Boiling springs location; my experiences at other Cocobowlz locations have always been positive by comparison.

I attempted to try this establishment a couple of days ago. I went in to only one customer being serviced and wasn't greeted. Once the employee finished with that customer she looked at me and said, "What can I get for you?" I informed her this was my first time visiting this location and her response was, "Okay.". I proceeded to ask her what she recommended, she responded with what three options people get most.I told her thank you and I walked out. On my way out she said, " Thank you and have a good rest of your day."This required no response from me. She had multiple chances to make this a positive experience for the customer. I choose to not patronize businesses that don't have the proper customer service etiquette. If they have much traffic I can see why. This is ridiculous.

It was pretty decent. Inside was nice. The price of these smoothies I'm so unsure,but the taste of the drink was good. Service could been a bit more welcoming and friendly. Would I give this place another chance? Yes, I would due to the fact I came in at 6 something at night. Probably will try it one day in the morning time.
