I was so excited to go in and get a refreshing smoothie especially with these heat waves. i walk in and it’s hotter in there than it is outside. the workers (who i’m almost positive were minors) were literally pouring sweat. the service was amazing. they were very nice considering it was a sauna in there. but I was surprised that such a nice business would put their workers through that.

My daughter and I went together for the first time recently and didn't know what to expect. The restaurant is spotless and very bright and cheerful. We were greeted as soon as we walked in the door and the friendly staff worker waited patiently while we looked over the menu to decide what we wanted. The bowls were prepared fresh right in front of us and they were delicious! 😋 They are a bit expensive, but what isn't right now, it was about $30 with a tip for the two of us. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone. We're already planning our next visit. ☺️

Amelia was professional with great spirit while taking me and my kids order….most importantly she prepared our bowls with gloves after washing her hands, unlike other locations. Great Staff…she’s a keeper!

The food is always good but the service at the boiling springs location is horrible. One young lady walked in & immediately started preparing bowls without washing her hands. When I asked her to do so she looked at me like I was crazy then looked at her coworker. I told her that's unsanitary & it's a dhec violation. She went to the sink to wash her hands but kept an attitude about it. I don't understand why this isn't protocol for them. I won't be returning to this particular location.

I walked in at 8:47pm. The girls were very nice but had no knowledge of the product - we had a no added sugar dietary restriction and they were unsure if the product had added sugar. I asked if it was okay to order since it was getting close to closing time. She said yes it is no worries. Then, it took a while to get my bowls (got at 9:09pm). Another worker walked in from outside and had a scowl on her face. She scolded the other girls for taking orders after 8:55. Keep in mind, we ordered at 8:54 due to the workers not knowing the answers to my questions. When I asked for an extra plastic bowl on the way out the door, she rudely snarked at us saying that the people that served us were in training and weren’t supposed to serve after 8:55pm. She was distasteful and had terrible customer service. To me, if I am in by 9:00 I should be served.
So good! Really refreshing, and the fruit was definitely fresh! Cute little shop too :) highly recommend the açaí bowl!
