Managers are a joke failed health grade then told official too come back later so they could pass terrible food quality will leave quesadillas out and if the make to many will put in a warmer and give it to you later no health standards couples will touch each other with gloves on then serve food with same gloves some people who work there have had ring worm and served and prepped food maybe hiring better management would fix the problems they have 10/10 would not recommend going there unless you wanna get sick

Courteous and orders were perfectly prepared Food was hot and good. This will be my go to when I need tasty food and don't have to spend a fortune to eat well😋
We ordered 7 trays and a bunch of a la carte items. Each one had specific preferences (picky eaters). I don't know who was tonight's team but they knocked it out of the park. Everything was absolutely right, fast and so polite and helpful. Thank y'all so much!!
The boiling springs cookout has a second order window that does not help only hinders. I was at the second window after being ignored for about 5 to 10 minutes I finally said hello. Someone answers and said they would be with me shortly. After watching 4 cars in the left lane place there orders and another 10 minutes go by I again say hello just to be told she said she would be with me shortly. I asked why the other line was moving and I was just sitting there. She said someone else was taking that lines orders and she was busy taking orders inside. I told her this is ridiculous so she finally took my order. It always take 10 to 15 minutes once you order to get your food. The line moves very slow. When I finally get to the window I see the car behind me just pull off after they apparently weren't waited on either.

Overall worst cookout i have been to. The closing shift is a total joke. They were cutting up the whole time and holding up the line by doing so. My entire order was wrong and when i brought it around to be corrected, everything i received was cold.
