Usually cookout is really awesome. It sucks to have to leave a generally negative review. The guy who gave me my food and change did not look at me, or talk to me whatsoever. And worse than that, I fell for the marketing campaign of the fresh watermelon milkshake, which is easily the most disgusting milkshake I've ever tasted in my life.

First time trying it. Got a regular burger out west style with white cheddar bites and hush puppies. Everything had a good taste, good burger. Definitely try it again. Only thing i hated was getting in and out with traffic.

The manager was very polite but the workers need more training...the restaurant was not clean...had sticky stuff on ketchup and mustard packets... fountain machines area was nasty...tops on counter and soda wasted on counter...thank goodness I was only passing through to get to Georgia
