I've eaten there 3 times first time salad and soup were delicious, so I ate there again and it was terrible but for the benefit of the doubt, I ate there again tonight and NEVER again. Other than the salad I threw 50.00 worth of meat in the garbage. It's a beautiful place with lousy food So sad

There was hair in my child Mac and cheese kids meal it was long and blonde I told the manger and he didn’t apologize he said he didn’t have anyone with curly long hair. There was like 10 people in that kitchen from long hair to curly to short to ponytails to just wearing it down and I asked him did they wear hair nets he said no. I didn’t like how he handled the situation and quickly responded there’s nobody back there with that hair. They gave a refund for my son kids meal.

Did takeout not DoorDash but a simple call in .. not only did the person not take the full order down and left stuff out but the food was very cold refrigerated type cold and ranch was forgotten for a big salad good place to dine in terrible for take out .. my boiled egg in my salad has ice attached to it also

Water had a terrible taste and we asked the waitress if they had bottled and milk for our toddler. They had neither and said they had gotten complaints about the water all night but the “manager would do nothing about it.” Ordered a Mr. Pibb instead which also tasted bad and was charged for it. Was also charged for croissants that were never delivered to the table. Asked for a refund and they wouldn’t give it…just gave us the croissants to go. Will not be back.

We went to Copper River on 12/28/25 to celebrate a family member’s birthday and ended up leaving before even being seated because of how horribly we were treated by the manager, Blake. The hostess was polite and explained that since the large-party section was occupied, we’d need to be seated back to back. We agreed and were simply waiting for one more person to walk in from the car. That’s when Blake came out with a nasty attitude rolling his eyes, popping his neck, and acting annoyed that we were even there. He completely changed what the hostess told us and spoke down to us in a rude, disrespectful way. No one deserves to be treated like that, especially when they’re there to celebrate and spend money. Because of Blake’s behavior, we chose to leave and take our business elsewhere. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional management.

A GREAT PLACE TO EAT THEY HAVE GREAT FOOD I WOULD SUGGEST THAT YOU GO THERE TO EAT
The front end was a little chaotic, we had to wait a while and they did not take a phone number, just our name so we had to wait in the crowded area up front to be called for our seats - which seems like ancient practice by todays standards and the service seemed to be struggling to keep up with the dinner rush. Food and drinks were definitely the high point though, both of our meals were top notch and drinks were great. My Wife said it was one of the best Pina Coladas she's ever had.
