Let's start with standards..
Your a business thats purpose is to make money..

As a customer the first person you run into is the hostess...When the hostess is dressed in dirty wrinkled clothes who has multiple unnatural hair colors and can barley look up from the floor to seat you .well it sets the tone of low standards..

When the server takes 20 minutes to ask what you are drinking because she's to busy being a spectacle ,explaining to people the piercings in her face .again setting the bar for standards low.

To make it worse when u have a lip piercing with other jewelry dangling from it inches down from her lip,dangling and swinging over our food when it did come.. disgusting

If these are the standards you have for the front of the house I have to wonder what the back of the house looks like .

Over priced low quality food matched the appearance the business puts forwards..

I'm for individuals being individuals.however business have to have standards and when your serving food things like piercings dangling from a servers lip should be set at a high standard...

Donatos is always good. The pepperoni pizza is always very good. I've always liked the style of their pizza, hasn't changed in 20 years. There is no dine-in, drive-thru only. We ordered with the app and picked up for the road. There is some seating out front but was too hot out.

Made an order online on 03/05/2025 at 3:24pm. The order total was $46.85, But when the transaction posted to my account it was actually charged $62.11. Will definitely not be back!

Ordered take out from here, and the service was super fast! We ordered a lot of pizza and it was ready within 15 minutes. The hot pepperoni pizza was probably one of the best pizzas I’ve ever tasted. Also, there is a drive through window for pickup, so you don’t even have to leave your car!

The food is horrible! I ordered a meatball sub, salad and cinnamon bread. The only thing edible was the salad. Definitely do not recommend

Could not leave zero!! Ordered 1 medium thin crust works pizza on Uber Eats. ( that’s right Uber eats they do the delivery). The order was cancelled by who I didn’t know. I thought well maybe there out of thin crust or maybe they were closed and didn’t update Uber so I called the restaurant and a guy answered the phone and I told him my order was canceled and said ya I canceled it because I’m the only person here and it’s very hectic right now and hung up the phone!! What a disaster!!

Great food , a little expensive but worth it. I bought two large pizzas and a sub, almost $50. It's worth it ,as it's my favorite . But I asked for a couple of packets of Italian dressing, and they charged me $1.60. I understand nothing is free, although after spending almost $50, they should have been.

Cudos to Russell - he is amazing. Just a genuine guy who is doing a great job. Very friendly and generous. We recommend the cauliflower crust pizza... pleasantly surprised.
