How frustrating to get back to work and find out your smoked turkey sandwich is just roasted turkey 🥴 the flavor is truly not what I wanted and certainly not what I ordered.

I was supposed to have no mayonnaise I can not eat it at all. They put mayonnaise all on it it was supposed to have cucumbers no cucumbers. They did not follow directions at all. I called to speak to a manager he hung up in my face. This was my very first time eating from this place. It will be my last I am very disappointed and I wasted my money.

They have AMAZING sandwiches, and fresh every time we go. It's very clean, the staff is nice, but watch out for one thing-PICKLE! You're supposed to get a pickle spear with your sandwich and they forget it every single time. The decor is kinda like a firehouse with uniforms pictures etc. So you know the history and why it's called Firehouse, which is really cool. They also have a kids menu where kids can choose a sandwich and chips or just like the regular menu; you can make your own. Two pieces of advice though- if you're going for pick up check your order we've received someone else's one time. And watch for cars, Firehouse is located right in the middle of one of the busiest four ways in Boiling Springs!

Vegetarian options: You can make your own and make it vegetarian but very limited options.

Dietary restrictions: They offer water, energy drinks, milk and juice. If you need something taken off they do it without hesitation.

Kid-friendliness: The kid menu is small, but easy enough for a kid to read and understand what their sandwich will look like and taste like

Came in early Sunday morning, was very busy and there was only 2 girls in there at the time, however you could see there were plenty of tickets for the two of them to get through and they still managed to do it in a timely manner! Was not at all disappointed. A young girl named Ryan took my order and let me know it was going to be a little bit of a wait and apologized in advanced but she was very kind and helpful when taking my order and helping answer any and all of my questions! The two young ladies had my food out 10 minutes tops. Was very pleased and WILL be back again!!

Good food, generally good price. Although the tipping is ridiculous because you aren't serving us, and if you don't tip, they'll go light on your sandwich meat.

Very slow to get orders to table. A total of 3 customers in the lobby, my spouse and I, and another gentleman. The lobby was filthy trash everywhere.
