Hardee's used to be good but this visit was different. I ordered online and picked up at the drive through and when I got home I was missing a medium fry and a dipping sauce from my order and my 2 large fries only had a few fries in each carton. I have attached photos. I paid $33 for my order. Now I see why there are never any cars in their parking lot. I really don't see how they stay in business.

I asked for seniors discount and was told you don't have one but you have aseionr drink, I said ok, then he wanted to charge me for it. He said it's a small drink with a discount. I don't see that as a benefit.

No tea, no steak biscuit, and then the girl says they have no mayonnaise either...I call b.s on the 3rd one. There is no way there isn't a single pack of mayo in a whole restaurant... Hardee's is dying and it's unfortunate.

I have to say every time I have went there in the mornings for breakfast for my family everyone in there are so friendly to me and smiling and working hard. I appreciate them so much. It is great to know that we still have good service like this. I def give them 5 stars. Keep up the Good service! Appreciate all of them. The breakfast is always done right!! Thanks for the hard work they do.
Gravy is consistently lumpy.. I don’t come here much so for the gravy to be lumpy (clumps of flour) months apart, and only at this location.. something needs to change. My 16 & 17 year old can make sausage gravy without lumps so this shouldn’t be too much to ask! It’s very unappetizing. I opened my box back up to take a picture (I ate my biscuit without the gravy) and it had spilled in the box but it actually helped show just how bad and how many lumps there are. Please fix this!!

Slowest service ever. We ordered a steak biscuit and a frisco and waited 30 min. The older lady making biscuits was fabulous, though. The rest could use some improvement.
