Dear Jeremiah’s Italian Ice Team,

The cashier working tonight is always dry and provides subpar service. I’ve always enjoyed visiting your location for Italian Ice. However, I wanted to share some concerns from my visit tonight, 7/20, at around 7:20 PM, with my family.

There was an issue at the register when I tried to enter my phone number to earn points. The cashier seemed unsure or unwilling to assist, making the process unnecessarily difficult.

Additionally, one of my nieces chose the Cake Batter flavor, which I’ve enjoyed many times before. However, this time it tasted extremely salty and off. When I asked if it could be exchanged for a different flavor, we were told no, and no accommodations were made. I ended up having to purchase another item, which was disappointing given the circumstances.

I’m sharing this feedback not to complain but in hopes that it helps improve service and consistency. We enjoy Jeremiah’s and hope to continue visiting.

Staff is always super friendly very fast service definitely a go to place in my books. Get the app you get points everytime which can later be redeemed for free items like add ons and ice cream in different sizes once you have enough points.

I was going to try this place while i was in town and it was not open? Even within the hours on Google and the door

Enjoyed the citrus crunch! Nice mix of flavors and crunch ‘nerds’.

Just remember this is Italian ice place not ice cream. Great Italian ice. Just don’t expect creamy ice cream cause that’s not Italian ice.

There’s really good ice cream here, but I had a frustrating experience with Postmates. When I went to pick up my order, they informed me that they hadn’t received it on their end. They called someone over to assist, and as soon as the person clicked on their screen, my order was canceled. Despite showing them the order confirmation, they consistently denied seeing it.

Went to check it out on a whim. Pleasantly surprised. Will definitely be back!!

I absolutely love Jeremiah’s Italian Ice. It brings back memories of of the screwballs from my childhood. Try the cotton candy and cherry combination. It is delicious ❣️‼️
