Went through the drive thru I should have just left based on the service there but ordered the honey bbq wings with tea got to the window first off hands me a soda then the food I open it because of how it was going since pulling up and it’s hot wings told him the order wasn’t right he tells us to pull up and he will bring it out we’ll get home they just took the hot wings and covered them in the sauce I don’t do spicy and now no one will answer the phone go figure

I ordered the 8 piece family meal with mashed potatoes and salad. I received 5 wings and 3 breast. No things, no legs. I didn't have time to return it. We were left hungry and craving legs and thighs. We had a bad experience and definitely we will not return it to this place anymore.

I ordered a three-piece meal with two breast and a wing. I ended up getting two thighs and a wing. I called back and they said they would replace it. The night I came back to get my replacement. The manager, Brianna said she didn’t have time to take care of it. Needless to say I won’t be going back to this location and the slaw is always dry here. There’s always a long wait even for orders that were made online ahead of time.. I’ll just go to a different location from now on.

We stood there just a minute and was acknowledged but the people in front of us were told they didn't have any biscuits. The man ask how long it would be was told 20 minutes but had dinner rolls. We all left. Why do you wait until you're out of something that you know is time consuming to replenish? It was 4:30 pm so they knew the dinner rush was coming. I call this poor management!

Every time I order here it’s a bunch of younger kids not caring about the customers, customer service or doing the job properly. I ordered 50 minutes ago, showed up after 20 minutes and was told it wasn’t ready, the app said 5-15 minutes and claims my order is ready but I’m still sitting here while no one knows what’s going on. Avoid this location there’s consistent issues they need to restaff.
