It took 40 minutes to get our food. They gave us the wrong order and tried to say I was trying to pull some to pull something over on them. We were told to pull up and they would bring our order to us, and they forgot we were there.

Unfortunately the chicken tasted and looked as though it had been sitting under a heat lamp since lunch, I picked red up at approx 6pm. Normally it's fresh, so I don't know what happened yesterday!
The food was old, and chewy. The manager kept ignoring the customers and turning his back on them and walking away when ever we would ask for help or just to get a cup for our drink. The 1 man that worked up front was helpful and kind he should be the manager because the 1 they have now clearly doesn’t care about his job. The dining room was out of napkins and the 1 guy was working all stations while others only worked 1. He was in drivethru, working the line and was taking orders and helping up front when he could. He and only this 1 guy was fantastic. The manager ( a asian looking man) needs to take tips from his employee.

Food was cold had to go back In drive through worker had a attitude other lady was nice for got my apple pie gave me some cold ones and the potatoes wedges was greasy like they had been sitting along with the chicken and they was so skinny might as well be just skin I loved this location at one time but now it’s a lack of working

Yo very completely honest I would leave 0 stars or heck give them negative stars. I purchase my food at 6:58 PM and st the time of this review still have not received my good. The service here is atrociously slow, I dont recommend anyone come to this location. I ha e watched others whom sat for almost as long as I have receive there food with nothing in compensation. The owner and management staff of this establishment should be ashamed of this restaurant. CLOSE THIS PLACE AND RETRAIN, DO NOT RETAIN, THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE.

Apparently 9:50 pm is 10pm now a days closing early is the new trend i see and just went back today 9:38 pm and they don't have food and are closed smh someone to needs to tend to this location

Service was good but slow. Waited on someone to come back to the counter so I could make a dessert order. I had to ask for my bisques and my bunt cake.

Sat night 15 min wait from speaker to windows then get moved to 4th car waiting for their food. Worried about those drive thru times to corporate might want to spend little more on labor to actually get service fasted than sit down.
I went through the drive thru. I was told to pull up while they cooked my chicken. 40 minutes later and all the cars behind me in drive thru leaving I walk in to the MANAGER saying no more extra crispy chicken for the night. It was 7:00. She wanted to argue with me about my place in the drive thru line and the reason why I didn’t get my food. I got a refund but will never go back. I gave a 1 star because I couldn’t give a 0. Once I can understand, twice okay may be a problem but THREE times and have to get a refund for the 3rd time. Yep strike w out.
We had an order delivered and we were missing items. No one will answer the phone to try to rectify the situation. I don't know why I'm surprised by terrible service anymore.

What the heck is going on with these restaurants?! Ordered a large mash potato, container was half full, and they are changing 5.00 for instant potatoes! If the container was full, I would not complain, but it wasn’t even enough for two people! Only reason I gave them two stars is because their apple pies are great.

First off, they got the name "eli" wrong even when we had to correct the cashier twice. Second, we ordered ranch, twice btw, and still didn't get any ranch, and third the staff decided to take their sweet time and got a giant delivery order and the lady who ordered after us got her food first, also half the staff was chatting on the front counter while ee were waiting for our order

My husband and I decided to try KFC in the USA and were a little disappointed because we were given the wrong order (although the cashier assured us that it was our order!) Secondly, when we arrived home and started eating it, the food was very salty аnd fat!
