What the heck is going on with these restaurants?! Ordered a large mash potato, container was half full, and they are changing 5.00 for instant potatoes! If the container was full, I would not complain, but it wasn’t even enough for two people! Only reason I gave them two stars is because their apple pies are great.

First off, they got the name "eli" wrong even when we had to correct the cashier twice. Second, we ordered ranch, twice btw, and still didn't get any ranch, and third the staff decided to take their sweet time and got a giant delivery order and the lady who ordered after us got her food first, also half the staff was chatting on the front counter while ee were waiting for our order

My husband and I decided to try KFC in the USA and were a little disappointed because we were given the wrong order (although the cashier assured us that it was our order!) Secondly, when we arrived home and started eating it, the food was very salty аnd fat!

I’m not sure who owns this establishment, but they need to clean house of some of their staff. I don’t mind having to wait if you’re under staffed, but the cashier in front should be on point and helping instead of standing around doing nothing being an ahole because he can. He should be fired. I will never go there again.

The food was okay and all. For my biggest issue came when we parked in the handicap parking. My elderly mother's crippled up pretty good and extremely visually impaired. So we parked in handicapped parking and we realized at the door next to the handicapped parking i'm going in was locked, no handles on it either. Okay, this sucks, but we decided to stay parking there. And just walk around, thinking we could at least exit through that door... no such luck... i said something to the manager. How about if he's going to have that door locked he probably should take the signs down, so people don't get confused. First of all, he acted like I was wasting his time. Then he made the comment that they are signs are in concrete. At which point I was a little irritated, and I informed him that he could unbolt them just like someone did with the handles... he scoffed and turned away and walked away...

We work late and have five children. I’m grateful for the work as a KFC. We went to the window five minutes before they closed and ordered a 24 piece family meal with four different sides biscuits and chicken and they happily told us “no problem we’ll have that right out for you“ I’m grateful for this restaurant because the food is always tasty and most fast food places close early, it’s nice to see one. That’s actually staying up in the proper hours, and serving good tasty food best fast food place in boiling Springs by far.

Went and figured I’d just get a famous bowl after work you know I’ve been working 13 hours. I don’t wanna cook when I get home and I spent 30 minutes most of which was just waiting on corn to put in my famous bowl and then I had to call them to get it to be brought out to me. I didn’t realize corn took so long to cook or that I’d have to remind them that I was outside waiting on my order.

This restaurant will never get another dollar from me. It’s sad that you pay $13 for three pieces of chicken you asked for extra crispy you get original. The biscuits are half cooked the mashed potatoes look like they have been sitting in the container with the gravy for hours.. all I can say is restaurant management needs to make sure their employees are doing a better job.

I can't believe how far down hill KFC has fallen. 9 times out of 10 if you get a chicken wing the bone will be broken. It's a food hazard and it used to be the standard to not even cook those,at all. I used to work at Kentucky Fried Chicken a long time ago and there were standards. If you order a chicken wing for a child, or yourself you need to check and make sure it's not broken.

I ordered 2 Chicken Pot Pies about 5:15 at the drive thru. The order was $13.71. I gave the guy $20.71 and he was going to give me $5 with a hand full of change. This is scary for a company!

I ordered a big box , and got 3 pc chicken and fries and Mac & cheese. I was disappointed about the Mac & cheese. I don’t know what that was but it looked nasty. I didn’t even eat it I just threw it away! White Mac and cheese ?☹️?
