Little Caesars Pizza

I ordered here several times and requested extra butter and parmesan. On my order of bread, well the first time I was told I needed to call and let them know after I place my order so I did and what's told they would do it instead.I got home to not be none so the the next one I did the same.I called, after I placed my order and ask if they would put the extra butter and parmesan on my breadsticks was then told that I had to call them before.I place my water that they couldn't do that.Or I couldn't get just charged for the extra since my order was placed already? So I had to place another order for breast sticks and add the extra when if they had just said it from the get-go instead of me being frustrated with these experience.

Placed my order tonight for a three meet. No sausage beef instead extra most pepperoni. Crazy bread extra garlic, butter and Parmesan cheese and garlic. Parmesan chicken wings and only thing that was correct was the wings and the three meat pizza and was told that that was going to be extra because it was on sale and he had to customize it to make for beef. No extra garlic, butter and Parmesan cheese on my crazy bread as requested and probably paid for extra. Most pepperoni look like it was just a regular pepperoni. Isn't it supposed to have extra pepperoni on it? Hint the name extra most!!! And the thing that behooves me is the ticket on my box says new make items. I know the pepperoni pizza was not new made and I know the crazy bread wasn't new made. It was just something to give me because they had them made, laziness just a pure laziness!!

Young blonde, rude and ignoring customers while on phone. Definitely acted like she didn't want to be there.

This interaction was very unprofessional!!!! First, when we pulled up to the window to pick up our order, we sat there for almost fifteen minutes just for someone to come to the window!!! Then, when someone finallyyyyyy came to the window, one of the other workers was cursing left and right with no regard for there being a customer at the window!!!

Their motto is hot and ready but every time i go there nothing is ready i waited 45 minutes for crazy puffs and had to leave with the ones they finaly got out of the oven has anybody else had this problem

Be careful, there are scammers in this pizzeria. I came to order two pizzas and when I tried to pay by card, the cashier said that the payment did not go through, try again. I swiped the cards a second time. He said again that the payment did not go through, pay by card again. This made me wary and I said that I would check in my bank account now. And I saw that two transactions were paid. Then I showed this to the cashier, and she said ok don't worry, you will be charged one payment. This made me wary. I took the order and monitored in my banking whether I would be charged once or twice. A few days later I was charged twice for one order. A few days later I went to the pizzeria and asked why the payment was charged twice and please refund me the cost of one order. To which I was told that today is a day off, they will sort it out on Monday. But more than week have passed. But no one has contacted me. I told my friends about this incident and now they are trying to order pizza in other pizzerias. Because they are afraid of these scammers. Therefore, I advise everyone to avoid this pizzeria. But if you decide to buy, be sure to pay only once with a card and check your payments in your bank account.

I don’t usually eat little Caesar’s unless at a birthday party. My child wanted it today. I asked for a pizza light on the sauce like I do everywhere else. I get home. Instead of light they went heavy on and it was so greasy I couldn’t do anythin with it.. will not go back.
