I've ordered this place several times. Each time the pizza is a little different. It never shows up on time and is rarely warm when it does show up. Today's the last day we're getting Marcos.

NEVER BUY PIZZA FROM MARCO PIZZA AT BOILING SPRINGS. Today at 5pm ordered 5 pizzas: 3 X-Large and 2 large. I wanted them to deliver at 6:45pm. 5:03 I called to confirm my order and changed from 6:45 to 7, asking them if they could change the delivery time. They changed the time with no problem. 7:10 I called pizza shop asking where my pizzas are, my people are waiting. I was told that pizzas will be delivered in 20 minutes. If I knew I would go and pick them up. 7:50 I called pizza shop again asking about my pizzas. I was told that they have to cancel my order because they are very busy!!!! Ridiculous!!!! I have people waiting for pizza but they cancelled my order without asking my permission to do so.

Always delicious! Lots of great options. Highly recommended. The only thing to watch out for is the parking lot around this location is small and can can get really busy.

Careful eating at Marcos Pizza in Boiling Springs!! As someone who used to own a restaurant, this absolutely disgusted me! 2 pieces of hair cooked right into the dough. Called in to let them know that I have 2 brown pieces of hair in my pizza, & they said "we only have employees with blonde hair working right now". How is that supposed to make this situation any better, it's literally cooked inside the dough and stuck in it, if there are no employees working with dark hair then does that mean they have hair on their baking screens or around cooking area from previous shift employees? Makes it seem like the area isn't sanitized or clean at all, maybe not all the employees have food certified training. I dont know. Disapointed how the man over the phone also made it seem like i'm lying or something or it's my piece of hair, lol. Which i'm also blonde but second, it's cooked in the dough, you cant even take it off. It is definitely from their place. Appetite is ruined. I used to order from them pretty often and was a loyal customer, but not anymore. Maybe if the customer service was better from the manager or whoever I spoke with then i'd understand but still this is disgusting and on top of that man had some attitude towards me.

We buy Marcos from another location. This place is false advertising. Advertises $10.99 for small specialty pizza with 20 oz drink at lunch until 3 pm.Rings up $13.99 plus $2.50 for drink. Staff said that’s what their computer states and yet she can’t seem to do the simple math. I walked out.

My teenager is tired of Papa John's and prefers this pizza. The staff is friendly. Just don't bring a strong magnetic device anywhere near, or you'll have facial piercings flying from their faces.
