First off I ordered a medium frappe they gave me a small. They did not give me a ranch that I paid for and my hamburger meat is still pink. I ordered through Uber eats because I’m at work. It’s not like I can just go get it switched out.

Second time now that I have gotten a happy meal from this place, with being told the new toys. The TMNT/Hello Kitty combo. The Happy Meal box it came in has that on the box.. but get home and everyone is disappointed because we got a Square pet (first time) and second time got a MC Fryer... Don't Advertise the Toy if that is not what you are giving.

I waited over 20 minutes for my order, and it was just one Happy Meal. This is McDonald’s, not a fine dining restaurant with a chef preparing a 5-course meal. The service was extremely slow, and there was no apology or explanation for the delay. Very disappointing experience.

Today we ordered a breakfast pick up breakfast ends all 11:00 we got there at 10:25 waited in like with no one answering at the windows and decided to go inside every worker and manager looked at us and never said a word even after we said we needed to talk to someone and they all looked at us and continued to talk to each other we ended up leaving at 10:45 after they told us that it is to late to pick up our order THAT WAS PRE MADE because they threw it alway because there was no more breakfast before we left we had multiple staff tell us we needed to leave after we were very nice and understanding but we also just spent money to get our food waited a hour and left with nothing. All of there staff was rude.
Don’t go here just go up the street go anywhere other then here if you really want McDonald’s head up the street to the other McDonald’s will have your food fresh and ready no drama no lazy workers who will sit there and stare at you waiting in line it’s genuinely upsetting you see grown adults act worse than kids the staff needs a refresher on customer service only good people was the 2 woman working the windows every other person in there is nothing but a disappointment to the company the manger needs to be replaced pronto

Went here with grandson and wife. Got fries first. Either wait for the rest and eat them cold or just eat them while they are hot. 15 minutes go by, me: excuse me, when will we get the rest? Emplyoee: what do you mean? Me:still need the happy meal the burgers and the pie. Employee: Oh, I forgot. Long story short, 40 minutes, yes 40 minutes before it was finally delivered to us. Meanwhile, watched several people complaining about the service as the you food prepares were just goofing around. Horrible place and never again. Clean this place up.
