Just avoid at all cost. EVERYTIME we come here they always mess up our order. The managers are nice and try to offer store credit but I kid you not, even after a couple month break, we came in to pick up our order and before we left I checked my pizza and once again they forgot a topping. Will never come back or give them another chance.

Placed my order at 603 pm Sunday night ( yes they were busy because of hurricane) Victoria took my order. A large pepperoni pizza and lg bread sticks. Victoria told me and I quote give us about 35 minutes I said no problem.show up at 640 and lo and behold there was no order for me. Thank you VICTORIA for not sending my order through whenyou don’t have aces in places this happens. I understand it was busy and things get hectic but you need to have qualified people who take phone orders and can can send them through.VIctoria is not that person.

I order delivery from here all the time. Today, Dakota took my order. Not only was he friendly, but he was so patient with my lisp and so kind. Following, Shanel delivered our pizzas. She was prompt, so sweet, and made sure we got our food with a quickness, while hot.

Came in ordered our meal. Waited about 16 minutes to get our order. We get our order, When we checked, cashier never submitted or confirmed our order and we were missing 1 pizza melt. When we told cashier, instead of apologizing... she just says i can put it in now and rings us up. After asking how long will it take, she says oh about 10 minutes... we declined. Our food was cold... and not heated. Check your orders and food temp. They cutting corners at this location

This new location is perfect! The pizza is great and we love ordering and picking up through the drive thru window. The service is fast and the pizza is always hot a delicious!! ?
We ordered thin crust cheese pizza and a Buffalo chicken pizza with pan crust. Both were so delicious! The service was great and we didn’t have to wait to pick up our order. Great job Pizza Hut! You were fantastic ! 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We have always had great tasting pizzas at Pizza Hut. This has been our favorite Pizza for over 40 years! We get the Pan Supreme and Pan Cheese. Lots of toppings on the Supreme. Their Cheese Breadsticks are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.

I really enjoy this Pizza Hut! It is probably the best location in the Upstate with the food being consistent. The staff is friendly & the place is clean. The food tastes delicious like how I remember Pizza Hut tasting back in the day. I can't say the same about other locations in the Upstate. I make it my business to go out of my way to this location. Keep up the great work!

Outstanding pizza!! Great for family game night and didn't break the bank easily 10/10
I have never had Pizza Hut but we just moved and it’s the closet to our house. I ordered on the app and somehow made the mistake and duplicated my order. When I got there the total was $70. I explained that I don’t know how that happened and apologized profusely. They fixed my issue with no hesitation. The customer service here is top notch. And the pizza was awesome. I will definitely be a returning customer!
