Had to wait a while for food to come and woman was INCREDIBLY rude to my family and I without any provocation around lunch time today. The food is good but no one likes to go to a restaurant and be treated poorly.

My 2nd time visiting - first time was good too just got the spicy chicken when I ordered regular but it was fine because it was dank lol. That being said this time everything was as I wanted and was amazing. Lady working was super nice. Keep up the good work - boiling springs

They were short staffed like everyone these days lol. But the 3 ppl who were there seemed on the ball! Focused and trying their best to even have good customer service! Tables were clean and trash wasn't overflowing! Give em a raise!

Every. Single. Time we order from Boiling Springs Popeyes our order is WRONG! I paid for 1 order spicy all white and 1 order classic all white. We got ALL classic (no spicy) and ALL dark meat! I ask myself WHY we continue to go.

Rude!Drive thru They never get your order right and then they act like it’s your. Never been there that I don’t have to pull over to a space. They should do away with the drive thru. Even if no one is behind you.
