Rigsby's Smoked Burgers, Wings & Grill

I truly enjoyed the classic style burger and it was PLENTY to eat. My server suggested the onion rings as a side and I was Not disappointed! Tons of flavor here and can't wait to try something new again next time! Today I tried the Cheerwine BBQ sauce and it was really good! My server was Trisha and shout out to her she is excellent at her job!
Update while I stand behind my original review it's the second time here and the second time I was asked may I help you and replied I just wanna eat because the hostess is thoroughly confused by a woman waiting to be seated alone. Can we please normalize being able to feed ourselves 🤣

We had a great experience at Rigsby’s! The sauced tenders were absolutely delicious, and as a self-proclaimed chili cheese fries connoisseur, I can say theirs did not disappoint—super tasty and well-seasoned. Our server, Ariel, was so sweet and attentive, which made the meal even better. Highly recommend checking this place out!

Great looking burgers. I had a cheese steak, surprisingly good, but a bit greasy, the roll was able to hold it together, which is unusual here. Philly girl here who makes her own..

My husband and son both ordered burgers. My husband's was so salty he felt like he licked a salt block. They both ordered beans as a side. My husband said they tasted canned while my son's were so salty he wouldn't eat them. I ordered a buffalo chicken wrap and it was bland. I ordered Mac n cheese as a side for our daughter who loves Mac n cheese and she immediately spit it out and wouldn't eat another bite. I ordered a spiked shake and should have just saved myself the money because I'm far from convinced there was alcohol in it. On top of that it took way too long to be seated for as empty as it was, took too long to get food and drinks, and the manager was rude when my husband asked where the bathroom was when the one he was directed to was locked. Despite it being one of the few places that can provide gluten free options, we will definitely not be returning. Both the boys and our daughter have heartburn and I feel like I'm going to hurl.

We decided to give them another chance. The sliders and buger was great! The chili fries not so much! $9.00 for this is sad. Not worth it!! This was just sad, soggy fries and very few of them!!

The sliders were great, my husband's burger was great. Pying $9.00 for these chili fries was not!!! I can't believe this is what you get for that price!! It was barely 20 fries!! Did not even cover most of the plate.Our server Maddy was awesome!!!

Great service by my server Anna but the general manager came up to ask how everything was and he was not so friendly highly recommend this please as long as your not dealing with management.

Great time tonight at Boiling Springs location. I had the sliders with a side of cole slaw. It was delicious! The event tonight was Singo. This is so much fun to play. My server Lyric was really nice with a great smile!!
