Rigsby's Smoked Burgers, Wings & Grill

It took 30 minutes to get any service. They said the waitress didn't know it was her table, so another girl took it. Then after we finally got our food it was just ok. When we were finishing our food, another waitress brought out our order again, an hour later, and was confused that we already had our food. It was crazy. I wanted to leave before even ordering, but we were on a time limit to get somewhere so everyone chose to stay. We won't EVER go back.

I just paid 16.25 for a chicken wrap! We got 2 so times that by 2. I get food prices are going up but 16.25 for a WRAP?? It was mediocre at best. Never again! And they won’t do take out orders over the phone so you have to go in to order and wait.

First time here. Waitstaff was great. Food was good. The air was blowing so hard at our booth, it was blowing my wife’s hair, and it’s cold in February.

Parking: Parking was no issue.

We just left here, 2/15/25, after sitting at our table for 20 minutes and never being acknowledged. We love their food, but their service has always been a problem. It's usually slow, but at least you *got* service and the food made up for it. We understood they were busy, it is Saturday night after all, but after 3 waitresses passed our table and greeted other patrons that came in after us we just left

Visited on 1/8/2025. I just after lunch menu so I ordered a regular entree called The Barnyard. It was a ribs and chicken tenders combo. The tenders were good size and the ribs came off the bone easily. Timing was good and my drink wasn't empty. I mentioned to my wife that I'd eat here again.

Went here and order the Buffalo Mac and cheese bowl, worst $18 ever spent. The Mac and cheese was servely overcooked to the point the noodles were hard. And the portion size was entirely too small for the asking price. Not to mention the amount of chicken on top seemed to be no more than 1 or 2 tenders diced up. The table Service was mediocre, the classic no refill on the beverages, and we were given a bill with another party members drinks on our tab. Won’t be back again.

Food was good, although it took forever to get it. Service was not good at all!! We had a party of 12 and of course 18% gratuity was taken from everyone's bill, which was fine. The problem was when our server Elizabeth H. practically ignored us. Everyone needed more drinks, and still didn't get that before we left. The place was NOT busy and her lack of effort and the lack of care for her customers and their experience was ridiculous!! She didn't deserve that 18% tip. And I feel like she did us that way because she knew she was getting paid regardless! I think managers should ask about the service before placing a mandatory tip for shitty service. We, as group, felt she didn't deserve that much of a tip, but yet we were forced to pay it, and while she was taking our payment standing behind and giggling when nobody gave her the thumbs up for service. She didn't give a rats ass about customer service or our experience ....PERIOD
Will never go back....

Came in with a party of like 12 people and our waitress was Elizabeth. The food was good even though I didn’t get exactly what I ordered and neither did a couple people that was in our party but it took so long we just took what we got. We couldn’t hardly get drinks, napkins or anything else for that matter. I don’t mind tipping but we was charged a mandatory 18% tip and the service was terrible. If it’s mandatory you have to pay a 18% tip it should be mandatory the waitress does her job. I feel like I got robbed, we will never be back.

Tonight was my first and LAST time at Rigsby’s.
The food was great!!
The atmosphere was great.
However, the SERVICE was terrible! We had a party of 12, I called over a week in advance to make sure our party could be accommodated. The lack of effort from our waitress was disappointing. The restaurant wasn’t busy. Our table was constantly waiting on refills. Once the food was dropped off Elizabeth never came back until we were finished eating. I had to share a drink with my husband because mine was empty.
We got up several times to ask other servers for things we needed.

I was highly disappointed to see an 18% gratuity added to my bill. If anything that gratuity should be given to the other waitresses that helped our table, and not our server.

Great little sports bar and grill. I ordered the dirty south burger, and it was really good. My server Lyric was great! A key thing for me is that my tea glass never gets empty. Lyric kept it full and checked on me often. Since this was my 1st time here, I can't comment on the other food, but I would recommend them to anyone who enjoys a good burger. 😁

Great food! Service has been very good! We didn’t know it was there and stumbled upon it and we are glad we did!

Food is okay,.. Onion rings are on point. It's open room bar and grill style.

Very clean, Very slow, VERY disappointed.

The server was prompt with our drink and food order.
We asked for an appetizer and STRESSED we wanted it before the meal.
Well, go figure the server never returned to the table to check on us, and stood around the bar chatting with other employees.
The main course came out by kitchen staff after 30 minutes, and I asked that they return it to the kitchen and provide the appetizer.
When the bartender noticed the food going back to the kitchen, he came to the table with the waitress, offering apologies and an offer to provide the appetizer free.
I indicated my dissatisfaction with the service and faint-hearted reason for the lack of customer service. We left.

Offer your staff some customer interface training - looking at the number reviews with very similar issues - if you don't - you're part of the problem, not the solution.

This was our visit and the overall experience was great! The food was delicious and our server Bethany was excellent. The restaurant was clean and atmosphere was welcoming. We will definitely be back!

Food was delicious. Bethany is a 10/10 server and we will be really happy if we come back and get her as our waitress again. Restaurant was clean and atmosphere was nice. We will definitely be back!
