Rigsby's Smoked Burgers, Wings & Grill

Stopped in to visit with an old friend while I was in town. Our server was very friendly and attentive. Since we were talking and catching up with our goings-on, the server didn't rush us to order. That was much appreciated. The food, once ordered was delivered in a timely manner and was very good. This was my second time here while visiting friends, and it will be my go to spot when I'm in Boiling Springs.

I truly enjoyed the classic style burger and it was PLENTY to eat. My server suggested the onion rings as a side and I was Not disappointed! Tons of flavor here and can't wait to try something new again next time! Today I tried the Cheerwine BBQ sauce and it was really good! My server was Trisha and shout out to her she is excellent at her job!

When I ordered the slider menu, I would like to have French fries that are not so hard that you think. I forgot to drop them in the oil, so they're old fries. It's not professional.

Definitely will return. Food and service was very good. As far as the atmosphere, I prefer a cozier vibe.

Food was alright and liquor was top shelf , chili queso dip is the way to go, tenders do not disappoint, but the smoked sliders are bit way too heavy on the salt, enjoyed the time here will definitely come back in 6months

First time this has happened. Waitstaff didn't offer us the option to wait for a table..just automatically said if you want a seat it will be on the patio. Very blunt and unfriendly. Nothing else. Loud music, which is different, maybe a party? and we knew by cars in parking lot it was quite full but we did not expect to be treated this way. If given the option we MIGHT have waited. We have been to your restaurant many times in 3 years. But tonight was the icing on the cake!

Went tonight to get one of their good burgers. When we arrived, the place was full. I assume it is because today is July 3rd and people are of tomorrow due to the holiday. Hostess told my wife and I that the only thing open is the patio. Well, with temps close to 90, who wants to die in the patio. No wonder it was empty. She did not offer for us to wait, or put our name on a list or anything. The way she said if, it was if we were not wanted there. So we left. Never have I been so disappointed at Rigsby's and we go fairly regularly. Well now, it will be a while before I go back.

Food was good until I watched an employee cut vegetables with no gloves on, touch the trash can, broom stick and dust pan, clean tables and not wash her hands and go right back to cutting vegetables. Also drop an entire container of cut onions on the floor and then reuse the container for more vegetables and did not wash it. Truly disgusted and will not be eating here again.

Gotta take out order Food was in the window as four waitresses talk to each other and drink sweet tea out of a cup four people walked in and the lady said after I seet them, I’ll get your food. Food was ready in the window for about 5 minutes before I got it had to walk back in because they forgot french fries asked for blue cheese got water ranch also no celery or anything. I’ve tried to give these people the benefit of the doubt, but this isn’t the first time

The service was wonderful but the food was bland and the restaurant inside was hot unfortunately didn't enjoy the food but the servers are wonderful and sweet 🥰
