Salsarita's Fresh Mexican Grill

As we were pulling in, there was a kid throwing up in the parking lot. Didn’t think anything of it. That night, I was SICK to my stomach. I feel like the culprit was the salsa. Ugh, just avoid this at all costs unless you want to potentially get sick. I’m glad to see I’m not alone here in the reviews

We love Salsarita’s tasty food! Good sized portions and great prices. Our go to for takeout on those nights I don’t want to cook.

My husband ate here 11/7/24 He got a chicken burrito with double meat when he walked up to the counter, the employee was complaining About having to wear gloves to handle the food Which is a big red flag and she had acrylic nails on too which is a big no-no when working in the food industry We should have just left then but decided to stay After he ate his food that night, he got sick and was sick all day He called to talk to the manager to get a refund and the manager was asking for medical documents which is against HIPAA and we don’t have provide medical documents. They Said he was the third person to call today saying that they had gotten food poisoning off their chicken They finally agreed to give us a refund after showing up here to Receive the refund They told us to wait at a dirty table that’s not cleaned. Overall experience don’t come here. They don’t cook their food all the way they have pissy attitudes and clearly don’t follow dress code.

Worst tacos ever! Shell's were not cooked, stuff was all over box when I got it home. They were not even good. Put some hot sauce on the food, make it taste like Mexican food. You have no seasoning in the food. Ordered 6 tacos, ate one, fed the rest to my cats. 20 dollars waisted.

It was very good!! The quesadilla machine was down which was a bummer but she asked me if I wanted something else and made it for me! I only caught one of the girls name which was Reese but she did amazing job at customer service!! Everyone there was so friendly and kind !! I use to work in food business so I know how hard it can be . Thank you girls for helping me today and being so kind !!

Disgusting and so hot follow instructions. I asked for also salad on the side. It's on the "nachos" I got chicken add steak and I would hate to see something that was just one meat. First and LAST time for sure visiting here

The couple of times I’ve been inside the restaurant, the experience has been good. But the couple of times I’ve ordered delivery, my food gets to me stone cold. And I know it’s not the fault of the driver, because I received the food only 20 minutes after I placed the order, and it not just luke warm, it feels like it got pulled out of the fridge. If I didn’t know better, I’d say they are reusing refrigerated ingredients from the day before, rather than making things fresh. Very disappointing. I shouldn’t need to heat my own food less than half an hour after I ordered it.

The Medium salsa tastes like it’s crushed tomatoes. There’s no heat, and absolutely no flavor. The burrito is okay but not very flavorful either. I used a reward so I’m thankful I didn’t pay full price.

Excellent service as always. The food was good. However, the crunchy bowl was stale which was very disappointing. They are not giving as much as they use to and to me that does not match the prices.

I have never tasted the worst tacos of my life until today. These are far from mexican. The tortilla tastes like it was bought from walmart, does not taste house made at all! The shrimp is most likely pre cooked and tastes bland and disgusting. This is not mexican! Very dissatisfied with the food. Not good at all. Looks like something my 2 year old could assemble. Ridiculous! Paid $15 for 3 of these bland, disgusting, "tacos" that taste like something you could make yourself at home, except at home it's tasty, this is disgusting!

Nothing special, food is mostly bland and very small portions. They charge extra for so much, even adding fajita. Queso is bland as well, won't be coming back again.
